I was trying to ship a package without enough packing material. The manager warned me of the issue and helped repack it adding materials at no cost.

First bad experience here. I was trying to ship a tech item back with a in-active battery and instead of clearly explaining what I needed to do, the representative just kept repeating “call customer support.” I’ve never had issues like this before when returning tech from this location.
