Don't let the name fool you.It may be a cheaper tire than other competitors, but they make up for it with all their other fees.I walked in with 4 wheels with no tires on them.Charging someone $20+ per tire to mount a small trailer tire is a little ridiculous.$55 per tire, and the total was $325.00.The math just don't math.

went to discount tire for a flat repair after getting turned away from walmart -- i've never felt more respected at any car shop than i did here!! all of the associates (especially caleb) were super nice and explained everything to me. my tire was patched and plugged very fast and it looks like nothing ever happened

Super fast and very, very kind staff. Dealing with a flat is a huge inconvenience but this was about as painless a process as I've ever had with a tire place.

On my way to the cemetery to bury my grandma my tire popped. It was already a difficult day but luckily I was able to make it Discount Tire. Caleb was amazing! He took such great care of us in record time!!

I called and got a quote on 4 tires. The associate was helpful. I was told the type of tire I needed ($596 for tire install and the works) wasn’t available and that there was an alternative tire that would fit on my car. I wasn’t told how much the alternative tires would be and I assumed it would be the same price as the first set.I’ll preface this exchange by saying, I’m not a car expert. I drive a lot for work but haven’t ever had the chance to learn much about cars and what is necessary to replace.When I got there, the tires they ended up selecting were over $100 more than the quote they gave me. Reluctantly I paid and sat down. They called me over 10 mins later and coerced me into buying all new tire sensors, for $290. I literally started to cry as I explained I would have to move money around before paying because I don’t have the money for this extra expense. The associate said it was essential that I get the tire sensors replaced. They gave me a discount but I believe this was further coercion just to get me to stay and make extra off me.I am wondering now if this business works for commission. I spent literally $400 extra than the initial quote they gave me, because I was made to feel like it was absolutely necessary to replace the tire sensors. The work was done quickly and done fine, but I felt like I had my money extracted from me. I was told my TPMS light would turn off after driving a bit from having the sensors replaced, and it is still on. I just feel like I was scammed now. And I am way worse off financially.I wish there was more honest work in the world of mechanics, I am tired of feeling like I am just a walking dollar sign to these people. This business made me feel that way.They have a puppy in the shop, to lessen the blow of how much money they are going to leech from you.

I popped two tires and called to see if my model and make could be assisted that day. I tow my car all the way to this shop and they try to sell me everything under the sun from two to four tires. Oh let’s get all four rims too! I didn’t come to a discount shop to be overpriced!!!! They then tell me oh we don’t have your rim it will be a week. I had to leave my car there for a week. I get my car back and NO AIR! I had to put air in the old and new tires. My emergency tire pressure lights are on and alignment. You guys made sure to offer a warranty when I came! I never had worstTire service and felt like I was being over charged. You’ll see me tomorrow to see what’s the issue with my TPMS lights!

Was told they could have my tire in two hours. This was at 1224 PM ET. Paid a $25 deposit for them to order the tire over the phone, and and then Drove over an hour to get to this place and waited until 430 PM ET. At 430, I go inquire about where the tire was because it was well over the two hour mark as promised. I was then told that I needed to wait an additional hour because the wrong tire was supposedly delivered, and they needed to send someone else out to pick up another tire. I had a very important event that I missed because of this place, and all I got was excuses about how this was out of their control. Absolutely ridiculous.

I will never “tire” of this great place!Recently made our way into the West Mifflin location of discount tire. It was a smooth transaction from start to finish.I absolutely love the contemporary design of the waiting area. There were some really cool, light fixtures, comfortable seating, near charging stations, a little kitchenette with coffee and water. The manager and other workers were very friendly and knowledgable.This location is within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shopping center and even a movie theater. If you are unable to stick around or would like to get some things done, this location is the one to go to.Make an appointment today!Wheelchair accessible parking lot entrance and restroom.Appointments are recommended for a speedier service. In store shopping pick-up.

Wanted to throw some new wheels on my Dad's old 97 , 2500 pickup. They didn't have anything in stock to fit but spent the time to find me some perfect old school American Racing wheels. I needed them in within the week, but they were honest in telling me that it was looking like they couldn't get all 4 in until like 9 days. They put a rush on it somehow and I ended up getting them slammed on in only 4 days. Let me tell you, I was able to surprise my Dad early and he is still doing triple, triple takes. Thanks Discount Tire!!! Not my first time and definitely won't be my last!! I have many vehicles for these guys to care for.
