“I meandered into Dr. Tumblety’s on a whimsy and was absolutely blown away. First I was welcomed with an introduction to the stores namesake and then given a tour of a few up and coming additions including a beautiful distillery and a speakeasy called The Storyville Lounge. The speakeasy was incredibly curated with beautiful vintage decor meticulously collected. I enjoyed their Sazerac and felt transported into a different time. This is an absolutely unique and welcoming hidden gem that deserves the main stage in Pittsburgh”
“Was visiting Carson Street with no real agenda other than to find a record store and stumbled upon this absolute gem of a store! I had to walk in and was transported to a different place and time. Amazing stickers and patches filled with nostalgia. An incredible line up of clothing and jewelry. The staff was very attentive and kind, spent a little time talking to the owner, great dude! After a purchase I just couldn’t walk out the front door without, he offered us free gifts on the way out on top of the root beer barrel candies! What an experience! I can’t wait to come back with more money and time!”

“I've been traveling this way for years now and never knew this place was in Swiss Alpine Village. What a little diamond!!! Stopped there for the first time this weekend. Absolutely LOVED it!!! I really liked the style of their clothes and could have spent a fortune there because everything was so stylish and a bit on the different side. Got a cute jacket and a casual top. They have a nice selection of items. I know most people may throw away the receipt and (as silly as this may sound)...the receipt I got was so nice and clearly done up....the best and clearest to read I've every gotten! “I am very happy that I went into BFF in Etna, PA. I have rode by the shop many times before but never had a need to go in and explore. My daughter started baton twirling and this was the perfect place to go to order her baton. I received a prompt return call and had flexibility with scheduling my measurement appointment. The shop was clean and organized with beautiful dance decor. I was greeted immediately and made to feel very welcomed! The owner was extremely personable and very appreciative for my business! She took time to properly measure my daughter for her new baton. She even allowed my curious child to explore around the shop while answering her many questions. The ordering process was easy. The shop owner had many example baton to help me pick our desired style. I definitely recommend BFF. Small business/down home service at its best!”
“We love this shop and always check in to see what is new. Almost everything is imported from Peru. The lady who owns it is also from Peru and she is SO nice and fun to chat with. It is the perfect spot to get clothes, jewelry, and gifts. The quality of the items are good and the prices are also really reasonable.”
“Rather than go with the big box tuxedo rental (Black Tux, Men’s Warehouse, etc), I decided to go to Joseph Orlando for my and my groomsmen’s wedding suits and we could not have been happier! From the very beginning, Joseph Orlando was receptive to the idea and worked through the different options and the best way to get us all measured and tailored so we were looking sharp. He even worked with multiple members of the wedding party that lived half the country away to ensure they got a perfect suit for our big day. I can’t thank him and the store enough, they were great to work with and we all ended up with a great looking new suit rather than the sloppy rentals from the big box stores. “Fantastic little shop! The Prom Place is a no frills little boutique off the beaten path. It’s such a refreshing break from the loud hustle bustle of some of the large, fancy shops. They have a nice selection of quality dresses which they care for meticulously. They accept customers by appointment only and provide their undivided attention to the customer. The prices are some of the best I’ve seen. This shop is a rare find and will now always be the first place we shop for dresses!”
“I went here for the first time today after following them on social media for a while. They have a lovely selection of different items - especially plant lovers, but there’s something for everyone! I picked up a perfume oil, a vaccine card holder (what made me want to come in the first place!), and a candle. I love the concept of this store and can’t wait to come back!”
“This Rally House store sells fan merchandise for local sports teams such as the Pittsburgh Steelers, Penguins, Pirates, and Panthers. This store had a particular Steelers jersey in stock when other stores did not have it. The jersey had a good quality and a fair price. The employees did not make any mistakes with processing my transaction or with packaging the jersey.”

What continues to draw me back though is Becky. Becky is always friendly and ready to be your personal shopper. She gives amazing advice and is quick to make suggestions that she thinks will enhance your look. I also appreciate her honest if she thinks an outfit may look better in another color or fit. People pay big money to have someone like Becky. When I'm there it's like I'm shopping with my best friend. The awesome thing is I've watched Becky in action and she is like this with each and every customer. I love her positive, happy, cheerful excitement for fashion. She can always tell you how and what to wear with it if you need suggestions. She takes one look and can tell you the vibe of the outfit. “I love my Ross' Dresses for less! They only hire the nicest people to work hear...,, was greeted the moment we walked in and i'mmeditely felt right at home. Was on the hunt for some spooky decore for Halloween (it is my favorite holiday ) but JIMMINEY CHRISTMAS SANta must have came early! I have never in my 63 years have found an ethinic nut crackers he was so beautiful I had to bring him home with me and ad him to my collection. My husband Randy said "hey Barb! Were do you think your going to put a nutcracker that big?' I said "bend over and I'll show ya!" Oh boy, we just love Clark Griswolds Christmas vacation movie.., almost as much as I love my new nut cracker from Ross'! I even buckled him in on the drive home. Safety First! I would have to say Christmas is my second fav holiday .. me and Jesus do share a birthday afterall!Wish we had known the back store fitting room we're closed before I hoofed it all the way back to the back of store ..... oh well i gotta get my steps in somehow ! Was blessed to be able to find myself a stunning new blouse and my granson Bennett a dress shirt for a wedding well be attending during this weekend. Overall very clean floors accept near the cash register station but there friendly employees make the trip fullfilling !”
