I needed 4 tires for a leased vehicle I was returning. It cost about $300 total for all 4 tires. They were acceptable and all went well. I would definitely do it again if I ever lease again.

The multiple one star reviews below me is the biggest indicator of this company's dishonesty... but if you want my take... I purchased a few tires from this seller. One was old but useable. The other two ended up with punctures but were unrepairable because they were already patched. In the fine print, the seller discloses that SOME tires are patched in their eBay listings, but does not identify WHICH tires actually are. The only way you can find out is if you message the seller for each individual tire/listing. This is a dishonest and misleading sales tactic. Nearly every other reputable used tire seller discloses this important fact for every tire sold. Disappointed in the lack of professionalism and accountability. Especially since tires are such a critical component to the safety of a car.
UPDATE: I already had a number of back and forth messages on eBay with this seller. Not surprised they would ignore my concern and assume I don't exist as a customer of theirs.

Hands down the worst experience I had today. Brought my jeep to get new tires ended up leaving with scratched up rims. The owner tried to tell me I did it before I got to them! I have pictures from the other day of the rims with no scratches. They didn’t care about the pictures I had instead they told me I hit something. (WHICH NEVER HAPPENED) Then they told me they will go look at the cameras to see if maybe they were dropped. They didn’t let me look at the video. They just expect me to take their word for it. My vehicle was NOT damaged when I brought it to them and they know that. TERRIBLE customer service. You pay for what you get….MEDIOCRE WORK!

LADIES STAY AWAY!! Not sure how I should phrase this review other than treating a customer as a dumb little ole me! I walked into the establishment carrying a wheel with a tire - told the salesman my tire size and said it’s missing the middle section of numbers. salesman replied it has to have it all tires have it. I picked up the tire with wheel and put it on his desk and said here you can look for it I’ll wait… after looking on the front and back of tire no other number was found. yeah that’s what i said. Instead of listening to the customer and what i needed and offering suggestions or recommendations based on that you continued to assume i was clueless. The gentleman at discount tire are always kind and respectful even when im having an “oops i drove over a nail and didn’t notice” moment, but despite entering Champs as someone with a custom antique vehicle, which kind of implies that I know a thing or two, I was treated like I was stupid simply because I am a woman. I don’t know what more you can possibly do to please these chauvinists unless you’re getting under the desk. Steer clear of this place unless you’re in the mood to be belittled

Called in for a tire . Was told they had on3 for 43 bucks. So I drove out there t9 pick it up and when I arrived I was told the price was $87 , that's bad business . Would not recommend .

That’s what I bought in like new conditions just about. I’m not even local, I’m in Miami, Fl. and I’ve bought several different tires from Champ. Every single one has been perfect! It’s always as they describe and look in the pics. Promise whatever tire you’re looking for will be perfect!

Purchased a tire that was told was a match to my other one. You be the judge. Ebay will step in if there is not a replacement or refund. Stay tuned. Now Champs wants to blame me. I asked why the model number is different, was told "ONLY DIFFERENCE IS MAX SPEED". I think the difference in the number is because of tread design difference. But they are the professionals. Instead of trying to work with me they want to speak to a lawyer about slander.

They sold me tires that do not match with different max pressure ratings. I confirmed with them that they will be the same and match when purchasing (as initially didn't need all 4 tires to be replaced but wanted them to match). I trusted them and took their word for it but shouldn't have. Per the manufacturer the tires should match the max pressure if they are the same tires. Something seems off with their tires they sell you. They refuse to do anything or respond and even hung up on me. Terrible customer service with no intention to make things right. Be careful as they will not help if something is wrong and they will put the blame on you.

****BEWARE**** Champ tires has no problem selling tires with cracked sidewalls, punctures, bad plugs, etc. When the tire you buy has an issue, they chalk it up to "it somehow got through our extensive inspection process". Customer service is also a joke. They will try anything they can to make the customer eat the cost. If you value safety on the road, buy tires from an actual reputable business; this ain't it!!!!!!
Edit: After posting this review, they issued me a credit. It's a shame that this wasn't resolved without this review. Also, threatening legal action for an accurate review, in a nut shell, is what type of business you're dealing with...

Only took 15 minutes to put on two tires and switch front to back. Highly recommend going when they are not very busy otherwise its like 30min to an hour wait. Still not too bad but good service
