I went to countless of places to test drive many cars. I gave century 3 a call saying that I will be coming to check out the Kia EV6. They confirmed the car was on the lot the second I called. Where some places made me come in and didn’t even have the car on the lot ‘’. I walked in and immediately Dalton was ready with the keys to go test drive it. I spoke with him while test driving the car and his professional/friendly demeanor definitely stood out. This is customer service done right.
I ended up leasing the Kia EV6 Wind from here. Justin and Dayton was very helpful. He was knowledgeable about the EVs in the market. Took the time to hear me out and didn’t come to me with crazy numbers.
I recommend doing your research and seeing what other cars are like, out there in the market with similar price. Kia has been killing it lately in terms of performance and style. I highly recommend visiting this place and talking to Dayton.

Very disappointed with my 1st service experience at Century 3 Kia. After waiting 3-1/2 weeks for an appointment for a State inspection and oil change, whoever changed the oil spilled oil all over the engine compartment. It ran down into the splash shield and dripped all over my driveway. They were also too lazy to put all of the retaining clips back into the access panels. I'm really looking forward to wiping up the oil and cleaning the stains off of my driveway.

My car needed a new engine and Mandy in service was very helpful and kept me in the loop with the situation. Once I figured out that it wasn't worth fixing my old car, Noah was extremely helpful and knowledgeable finding the perfect fit for a new car and finance plan for me. Century 3 kia helped me fix a nightmare and made it as smooth as possible.
