My visit was a Google search. They took care of my Chevy Traverse, I could tell I left my vehicle in caring hands, this is a high end Dealership so I was expecting high end service, and they did and pass the test.They have years of experience, DO NOT HESITATE TO LET THEM CARE FOR YOUR VEHICLE NEEDS.

This dealership sold me a lemon ( a very expensive one). I chose not to purse anything after my mechanic found duck tape holding parts of the engine together and chalked it up as a loss. The only thing I asked from the company was to remove me from their mailing list (because I'm not stupid enough to go back to a place that ripped me off). They won't take me off their mailing list. I've called, left messages (voicemail and through their site), spoken with different reps/managers. Yet they continue to send mail again and again about a car I didn't have more for than 90 days.

Gave fast mirror replacement when needed desperately. Always great service. But stay away from the sales department!! They will eat you alive!

Car was brought in for annual inspection, technician that serviced my vehicle removed the battery prior to running emission test which resulted in me being unable to get my stickers that day. Dealer stated I wasn't going to be charged for the inspection or emissions, wow a savings of $60 because my inspection is included yearly and has been as was included with my vehicle purchase. Wasted half my day off, then additional time contacting the dealership and Chevrolet attempting to get resolution, which was not acknowledged or made right. Now I am stuck driving an illegal vehicle trying to put the 150 miles on it required to be able to get the inspection, the only thing the dealership has done to try to make it right is tell me they will pick up the car and drop it off once I put 150 miles on it, which yes saves me from driving it out there and back, but honestly I am nervous about even doing that as the dealership doesn't seem to value it's customers or their time, who knows when my car will be returned if I let them take it. I have absolutely no trust in this dealership anymore which is a shame because my last 3 vehicles have been purchased here, but I am not even a mechanic and know that you don't remove the battery prior to running the emissions test, not sure what type of technicians/mechanics are employed at this location, but perhaps refresher trainings are in order. I work from home and barely drive my vehicle so putting 150 miles on it is very difficult and honestly I shouldn't have to waste my gas and risk being pulled over and ticketed due to the negligence of Century 3 Chevrolet, as I cannot afford to have to fight a ticket and waste more of my time off from work to do so. I will never bring my car back here once this inspection situation is resolved and despite being a loyal GM customer since the age of 16, will not be purchasing another GM affiliated vehicle ever again. I am considering trading this vehicle in and saying forget the inspection and will take my business to a company that values its loyal customers and works to rectify any issues their employees cause, instead of a company that offers nothing but excuses and a lack of customer service.

Bought a 2019 equinox. Due to the pandemic we didn't travel. First inspection we find out all 4 four tires are bald. Dent on passenger door. Car out of line had a knocking sound. Ignition went bad already ****** miles now. Key batteries still working but told they were dead. G.M covered ****** for Ignition only because I screamed. We've spent over ***** . Had to be towed even. Afraid to drive this anywhere an still paying over ****** a month Car note

I had a 9:00 am appointment for an oil change - I arrived just a little early and was greeted by a friendly associate that confirmed my appt. and took my keys! I went and sat in the waiting area and within an hour I was in my truck and headed home!Service: Oil change

My check engine light came on and it was quite distressing not knowing what the problem was. A part had to be ordered but I was reassured that my Trax was still operable and not to worry. When she told me that the part was on back order and was not sure when it would be in I was nervous about driving but it wasn't long, maybe a week or so, before I was contacted and the part was installed and my warranty covered it! This is a really bad dealership giving General Motors a bad name I bought a used truck there had nothing but trouble with it from day one and now the salesman blocked my number out of his cell phone I had the truck 6 months and put 200 miles on it only I have no heat all the dash lights come on the brakes go in and out and to much to list I too it to a good mechanic and he said this truck has major wiring problems and was in a flood I asked why wasn't it on car fax or title he said it's called title washing they get a new title I have calling them and they don't care I bet they would not ride their family in a truck with no brakes I'm legally presuing this I hope I get something out of this they are no good crooks from the owner down
