would not recommend buying from this store. I ordered my school uniforms and there was a stain on my shirt then i got home and there was a big bug in my bag. warehouse manager said she “couldn’t refund or give me new uniforms” then turned around and said she can just lying. once again highly recommend going to a different location. June 15, 2023!

(Posting under my husband’s account)Raven knows her stuff! I am entering a health program this fall and needed scrubs. I had no idea what I was doing. Raven greeted me and took her time giving me all sorts of options for what I can wear for my program. With her knowledge of how different uniforms fit, she helped me pick the perfect scrubs and I am super excited to wear them! Thank you!!!

The 1st time I had ordered 2 UPMC embroidered Lab jackets the placement of wording was incorrect as it was to be:UPMC (l side); Constance (Right side) Mercy Wound Healing ServicesClinicianWhat I received was on the Right side -ConstanceClinician (looks like my first name is Constance and last name clinician! :(the 2nd time I had ordered last week was again 2 UPMC embroidered Lab jackets and it was wrong again!!!Right side - (nothing)Left side -Constance G.Mercy Wound Healing ServicesClinicianHad to send back to have UPMC embroidered on both.The woman who I'm assuming the manager personally brought the 2 lab jacket to the embroider person and had them do this for me for the following day...great service recovery, but for me to have such a horrible experience 2 different times...why I wound recommend this company for future purchases. UPMC has an account with your company and this was the reason for my purchases and had thought the if I reordered that the jackets embroidery would be correct for this purchase.Having a staff of 8, we would of preferred to order our jackets from your company, but you have to get it right the first time and not make so many errors.I should be rendered at no charge for my next 2 lab jackets orders to make good, for my endurance of 4 jackets returned to me wrong!Very thankful for the woman who took the initiative to rectify the error with no UPMC logo and take them back to the embroidery person herself...Service recovery at its best! She deserves commended for her service; the other 2 workers have much to be desired.

Very professional and helpful! I went in with the intention to try on scrubs for my new job and they actually carried the required scrubs to be embroidered for my company! Was quick and easy to place my order and the staff were super friendly and able to answer all of my questions. Added bonus was they didn’t seem frustrated while my toddler ran around the entire time I tried to shop! Definitely recommend!
