My husband and I had been searching for a while to find a property that allows pets and had the other amenities that we had grown used to. We moved in June 2022. The move in process was really smooth. The office staff and maintenance are friendly and helpful. We take our dog to the office a lot and the ladies give him a treat and I'll grab some coffee/tea or some candy. The ladies in the office are hilarious and love all the fur babies and kiddos. The maintenance guys are hilarious too and quick to respond to any issue.Our unit is newly renovated. We live in a 2 bedroom and 2 bath unit. The bedrooms are spacious and have great closets, bathrooms have good lighting and great water pressure, Kitchen has a dishwasher, double sinks, garbage disposal (upgrade for us), stove/oven, fridge, and lots of cabinets, dining room is very large and has a pantry (we fit in a 5 tier shelving into it and it's awesome), living room has a fireplace (so excited to use it this winter). I've heard not all of the units have fireplaces though. Also make sure you get a microwave, they don't have that in our unit at least. The property has lighting all throughout it which makes me feel safe when I walk our dog. They also have benches all around which is nice when you just want to be outside.We love using the dog park for our husky. He absolutely loves running around it. Plus the property even provides p*** bags around the apartments and the park. We enjoyed our summer at the pool. It has tables with umbrellas, chairs, loungers, and even some water toys. love that there is a locker room for the pool and gym. We also use the playground a bunch with our godson and he loves it. Even his older siblings have enjoyed the playground area. We did not get a chance to use the charcoal grills or the basketball court though. But when we walk our dog we see lots of pick up games going on. There is not laundry hookups in the apartments but they do have a laundry mat on the property. Also there is not assigned parking spots so sometimes you might not get the same one but no fear there is a ton of parking spaces.We love living here and are happy we were lucky to move in. One of the best experiences we have had with renting. Great neighbors, country living, easy access to the interstate (big perk for the hubby), and great staff that makes us feel like they really care.

This property is very clean and up to date. Everyone there is very friendly and pleasant to be around along with being very approachable. The pool is a great addition. I feel very safe and secure. The maintenance people are extremely helpful and resolved a big issue for me very quickly and professionally. The ladies in the office are amazing and awesome to work with and are very easy to communicate with! I love living here!

No place is perfect, but a decent management can turn things around.If you have a complaint about a neighbor playing loud music in the middle of the night, smoking pot...and the smoke coming through the ducts into your apartment, drug deals happening in the apartment parking lot... the management won't really try to do anything about it. Any complaint about such things will be met with disdain, smart remarks and will definitely make you feel d*** for even bringing such things up to them.I ended up moving out and that alone was a huge hassle.Management is incompetent and absolutely unreliable. They won't update you on anything (unless it's about price raises) and if you call for any updates, be prepared for smart remarks.No pool in the world can fix the problems that this place has.

Moved in on December 1st, our apartment was completely remodeled Nd very clean the 2 bed room is very spacious. I’m on the bottom floor Nd you can hear some people walking around but that’s it. It’s honestly perfect Nd I am beyond satisfied Nd the management is very nice Nd really chill..!!!! I love it here

Honestly the best apartment complex i have had the pleasure of living at. Staff is incredibly helpful. The apartment itself was beautifully put together. Not to mention the gym is absolutely amazing. Would absolutely recommend.

My first rental experience and it's been smooth all the way. The apartment was clean and up to date and the property is maintained and clean in a comfortable and quiet neighborhood.
