“I love Gillilands Market. The meat is always wonderful and all the employees and owners are so friendly and helpful. They always seem to have just what I need unlike some chain grocery stores.”
“The customer service is outstanding. When I purchase my meat products, I know it’s good and fresh. You might spend a few extra pennies. But you get what you pay for.Tim is also one of the most outstanding people you would want to know and known to support community events.”
“I’ve been going here a couple years now, I love the service there are not many meat markets in this area. Prices are ok I purchase what I want to spend. And they take there time with me I ask for 10 bucks worth I get my 10 bucks worth! They have an ok selection just wish they had more beef short ribs and my turkey wings!”
“This is my "Go to" supermarket mainly because they have all of the components for a great shopping experience: an amazing bakery, helpful and friendly staff, super awesome sales on products that I normally would get as opposed to just buying something because it's on sale, the deli and it's thoughtful employees who ask if you'd like paper between your cheese slices (so that the cheese won't stick together) even though it might take a little more time for them to do that, super efficient curbside service, and convenient location.Bakery: I absolutely love, love, love the bakery's Asiago bagels!!! Let me just say they are second to none & if you find a loaf of bread, but would like it sliced, simply ask and they are happy to slice and rebag it for you :) Are you in a rush and need a last minute birthday cake to pick up??? No problem. Pick one out -n- they will personalize it for you :DFinally, I decided to write this review today, because of the excellent checkout experience. If you ever have any type of issue, they will do what they can to put that smile on your face. So, whether it's curbside or from the time you enter the store to the time you leave and everything in between....FIVE stars!”
“We use to grocery shop at GE all the time in Slippery Rock when we lived down that way and probably would of continued if they wouldn't have closed the one in Greenville. Now for the most part we online shop at Walmart unless we need meats or produce. If we need those types of items we will either go in the store or County Market in Grove City or just hit a butcher shop like Henry's in Harrisville or the Main st. meat market in Polk they both have great cuts and decent prices. In fact we like to buy 40 lb. boxes of chicken wings at the Main St. store.”
“Not a bad location, there is always some type of savings on groceries and gas as well. Veggies are fresh, the fish market is somewhat limited and good variety of meats. All in all not a bad shopping experience.”
“Wonderful Butcher shop!!! Everyone is so helpful and friendly EVERY SINGLE THING IS GREAT!! Can’t say enough good things about this place!! Don’t go there hungry!!”
