Our 14 year old Harman pellet stove would not ignite the pellets. A previous service company said it may be the pressure switch. We called Country Comfort instead. Jeremy and Brad arrived on time, immediately found the problem and instructed us on how to care for the issue in the future. No part was required. These guys are experts with Harman pellet stoves and I won’t hesitate to call them again. Thank you Country Comfort !!!!

Very well run business from top to bottom. I had a Quadra Fire Expedition II installed recently. It was not an easy install as we asked for a custom surround to maintain a symmetrical view of the fireplace and Insert. They could not have been more professional. The install came out beautiful AND the stove works great.

Very nice very knowledgeable people the gentleman that fixed my pellet stove was very good fixed problem in 30 minutes and told me some things about my pellet stove I didn't know. Great place to get pellets also

I had two pellet stoves installed here at the farm. One in the main house and one in the guest house. The guys are always on time, super friendly, and know their products! It’s always enjoyable to go pick up pellets weekly from Jerome and staff. They will even be coming this season to be doing my chimney work! Highly recommended

I been buying pellets at country comfort for about pellets,only place ill buy my pellets grrat burning pellets n Jerome n the folks there are very helpful n knowledgeable i burn 6 ton a year,main source of heat, i highly reccomend country comfort

We bought our pellet stove and new mantle from them and Elizabeth and her team took care of us. Just had it all installed 2 days ago and we could not be happier. Prices were much cheaper than everyone else and we would highly recommend them.
