Dennis is a high quality craftsman and did a phenomenal job on my Volvo. I dealt with Dennis on 3 separate occasions in the last few years. First two times he did great work and his customer service skills were fine. This 3rd time I asked him on several occasions if parts for my vehicle had arrived and he had the same story “I don’t know how long it will take, I’ll give you a call in a day or so”. Two weeks later, I show up to his shop in person to inquire on the arrival/ordering of parts for my vehicle and he was a completely disrespectful and just absolutely rude.I couldn’t believe the way I was treated. He handed me my check back and basically told me to go somewhere else. Unbelievable. His exact words were “ I can’t do this I can’t deal with people”. I believe that my parts were never ordered and he most likely just orders parts when he is ready to take your vehicle when all he had to do was be truthful and just say, “ hey I’m a month out on doing work etc…”instead of misleading me and not letting me know anything. Terrible way to conduct business. I took my vehicle and money to a better reputable and more responsible shop. It’s a real shame that the guy does great work but runs his shop so poorly. Please don’t take your vehicle here.

The piece of plastic in the front of my car (below the bumper) was knocked loose and hanging off. They fixed it immediately and were very honest that it just needed to be screwed back in place. Couldn’t have been nicer!

I had a small issue with my door and I showed up unannounced. The gentleman not only fixed my door on the spot without an appointment, he refused to let me pay him anything.
