All in all she was friendly, genuine, knowledgeable, accommodating and very helpful. I feel like I walked away with the perfect pair of shoes after being able to try on various styles and fits of shoes. I felt catered to and taken care of and I loved the experience start to finish! “Tonight my daughter and I were at the mall and I was looking for sneakers. Now of course I was in my work clothing so it didn't look like I wore sneakers but still. So we went into foot locker and there were three associates standing in the middle talking. No one said hello or anything. Then as I was looking at shoes not one person came up and said a word to me. I even looked over at them and nothing so I left. Then I came into Villa and as I walked on someone greeted us. Then while at the shoes one lady was super nice and then a guy seen me going shoes and came right over and said can I help. I ended up getting a pair of sneakers and even asked his opinion on some stuff. Then when checking out the lady was super nice.”

“I had the most amazing experience here. I had foot surgery and afterwards,I bought a pair of Nike Airmax. I never wore them, but several months went by and for some reason my foot is just different and many shoes don’t fit right. Without hesitation, they helped me out and got me into the right pair of shoes for my needs and went above and beyond. When most people in the corporate world say “sorry, there’s nothing we can do”, the great mom and pop stores say “let’s see how we can help you”. The best store around!!! Thanks guys!!!”
