I really have to respect a business that sells a used car with what is essentially a new car warranty. The issues I had with my 2017 Impreza after purchase were fixed immediately. The owner of the business was friendly and easy to work with.

I’ve bought two R-Title Subarus from their lot over the years (since 2014), and both cars have treated me very well. Recently, I sought out auto service for my Subaru from a shop near my home in Lititz, who told me I needed something that Penn Auto Sales confirmed I never even needed. They saved me SO much money, and I’m very grateful! Chris has ALWAYS provided me w/ top notch customer service, and I’ve always valued his honesty. I will never again take my cars anywhere else, even if their shop is located over 40 mins away from my home. I trust them implicitly and their good quality work. Highly recommend their vehicles & services!

Did an oil change here at penn auto, i was in and out in a very quick manner, explain to him about my 15 outback making a loud noise at cold start and fumes inside the cabin, he already knew what the issue was, he told me to bring in on a wed morning which i did, he had the car done by noon..!!, with spark plugs replaced as-well, i was very surprised how quick they work. and how knowledgeable they are, end up fixing my cabin oil fume smell, which i was very happy.

These guys are seriously the best. They’ve done a ton of different work on my car and it’s always done well, and at a fair price.

We bought a "used" 2015 Subaru Crosstrek, January, 2017, from Chris and Nick and received a full 5-year guarantee. This past June, five (5) months after the guarantee ended, the transmission went.Needless to say, my wife and I dreaded the expense we expected to incur.Well, they replaced the $4,000.00 transmission, but, only charged for labor, a mere, $500.We were genuinely surprised by their kindness. When we bought the car, I remember Chris telling us he would take good care of us, should we have any problems. You can see, the two owners of this long-established, thriving, West Lawn business -- keep their word.Just want to leave you with one more note.Without saying a word about the deteriorating coating which protects the car's paint, they resealed it for us and didn't charge a penny for their work or material costs. Now, the car looks brand new!If your looking for great service at "better than reasonable prices," there is only one place to consider when purchasing your next car. That's Chris and Nick's, Penn Auto Sales on Penn Ave.I can say from personal experience, they will take care of you -- just like "family."How many businesses have you ever known to treat you this way?Thank you, Chris and Nick!Five Stars!

Recently purchased a 2019 Impreza Limited from Penn Auto Sales. The entire purchasing experience went flawlessly. Chris was great to deal with and provided many options for us to consider. He was not pushy like many used car salesmen and was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles. We will definitely go back to Penn Auto Sales next time we are in the market for a vehicle.

True professionals. I have had the pleasure of using their services for the repair of a 2005 Subaru Outback LL Bean edition and a 2007 Subaru Forester.I am truly lucky to have these extremely skilled and very fairly priced mechanics. They are also very quick and I have always been impressed at how thorough their work is.

Bought a 2002 Subaru Forester. His shop had a 90 day warranty. It was pretty old and high mileage so I expected it might last a few years at least. There were a few different problems (sounds, smells, etc..) the first month so I brought it back to be fixed. The sounds seemed serious and had me nervous but he would fix small problems and tell me that was the cause and that because the car was old and “only costed $5,000 not $50,000” that the oil was evaporating on me. It eventually got pretty bad, seemed to struggle to shift and I was scared to drive it. I had it towed to him and again, the same ‘$5,000, not $50,000’ line he fixed something little and I just didn’t feel comfortable so I took it from there to a friend mechanic who found the oil filled over a quart past what it should’ve been, a pad stuffed in an oil leak to mask it, the catalytic convertor bypassed from the oxygen sensor and a bunch of other issues totaling over $6,000 not to mention the KBB on the car in perfect condition was about $2,000. After three months we got them to buy the car back. They denied everything until the end but if they didn’t know about the massive oil leak why would they have filled it over a quart past what it should’ve been? They were shady smartasses and lied from the start! Would NOT recommend!

Very much like these folks. He let's you know up front what the issues are. Then before doing repairs, let's you know how much it's going to cost. I trust them completely!!
