Al is the most honest and forthright mechanic I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I work in the industry and have for years (on the service side) and he is in a league of his own. In the event that a repair is outside of his capacity or capabilities he has also came through with good recommendations for the job.

Heinrichs is without a doubt the best shop around day never fooled me or upsell me they fix what they had to fix and that’s it thank God there’s a place I can trust fair labor cost with Excellent experienced mechanics thank you for everything and I wouldn’t go anywhere else if you don’t believe me check them out you won’t be disappointed

Put my new Mercedes on the lift and open the driver side door while up on the lift. Dented and chipped paint!!!! If I could rate a zero I would. Very careless.

Returning customer, I've had 2 out of my 3 BMW's serviced here. Had a bit of a long wait and had to call for updates, but it wasn't an easy repair and this is common with busy independent shops (I've worked at a few). When I finally picked up my car, I was in and out with my keys; car was fixed properly the first time at almost half the price I was quoted. Good work at a fair price! Best BMW repair shop in Reading area without having to drive 15 miles.
