My favorite Costco, it's on the Mon River in Homestead, and it's the closest to my house.There's plenty of parking, and the restrooms are kept very tidy.I have friends who have been shopping here for decades, in particular for cheese, fruit, and things for a reception spread. Now I see the value, particularly when you need items in bulk for a great price.There's a warehouse vibe, which is quite intentional: concrete floors and tall ceilings and everything in one huge box.I keep coming back for bananas and avocados, they are the best quality at a reasonable price.

I was really sick and Costco pharmacy made it possible for me to get me medication without putting anyone at risk. I'm so grateful! For such a large corporation, they were as responsive as a small mom-n-pop. I also love the healthy options that are more and more available. My Kombucha habit savings cover the membership fee alone. Great kombucha!

Costco always has great deals with a variety of food and merchandise. The samples are always out and a great way to try new things! The gift card selections are plentiful with great deals!

Order items from Costco online.Tried to arrange a convenient delivery date.Two phones, on hold 30-45 minutes each time.After requesting a shipping date.They still got it all wrong.

We stopped by to get some gas. The station was tidy, and the pump was in good working order. The lines were moving along efficiently, as well.

Unfortunately the tire center gave me very unprofessional, adversarial service on two separate occasions in Dec 2021. Management seemed indifferent. I'm done.

I was told incorrect information about the policy of prescription lens changes. I was told by Employee A that if my prescription changes within 90 days, I could get my lenses replaced free of charge. This convinced me to buy a replacement now plus a backup, rather than wait for my new prescription. When I came back to pick up my lenses, I asked again (different employee, Employee B) to confirm the policy of lens replacement. Employee B rudely insinuated I was trying to game the system, when I was simply asking to confirm details about the policy I was told. She forcefully said there was no way I was told what I was told, that the blame was on me for misunderstanding, despite the fact that she wasn't even there. Employee A who was listening in the background looked concerned and confused, but didn't speak up.I know what I was told as I had an extended conversation with Employee A. Originally I told Employee A "Well, I won't get the backup for now because my prescription expires soon anyway." Employee A had looked at my prescription expiration date and said "Don't worry, if your prescription changes within 90 days, feel free to come back and get your lenses replaced before that time is up." This is how I found out they had any sort of 90 day policy in the first place. Looking at the Costco policy online now, I see that I was indeed told incorrect information. Look, everyone makes mistakes, I understand that. If I received an apology for the misinformation, it would've been fine. But instead I feel incredibly disrespected and gaslighted by Employee B who implied I was trying to cheat, when I simply wanted clarity about the policy. Given this poor interaction, I can't recommend this Costco for glasses.

Covid safe. Staff is masked and clean carts. I get shopping done here a lot because saving for me is important. I like the price. Free parking is definitely plus. I can get bulk stuff here all the time.

Absolutely terrible store. They are constantly out of even some of the most basic necessities and items. Every time I come to this store, it's a waste of time. By far the worst Costco I've ever been to. This place is beyond a joke.

My partner bought and I bought a discounted membership to Costco. Each time we've gone back, there have been different items which makes it exciting. My favorite selections include the books, clothes, and seasonal items. The plants have been interesting as well; one of these days I'll snag one for myself. Most of the items are the worth the bulk price. We love stopping by to get a beef hotdog at the concession before heading out; I also really the triple berry parfaits! One thing to know: Costco doesn't accept any debit/credit outside of Visa.
