The dealer informed me that they were not able to even do the repairs and sent me on my way. I found Chris at Ten Eighty after calling many other shops that said they would not do the work, and he said they would give it a shot.Chris gave me a list of everything they planned to do to repair the bed mounts which went way above and beyond what most other shops would do. He followed through with everything he promised and then some. The truck was a filthy mess and needed to be washed when I gave it to him. When I picked the truck up it looked brand new because they had detailed the outside of the truck. I could see washing the bed area that they had been working on, but they detailed the entire outside of the truck!!I also brought my Toyota 4 Runner here to have the transmission looked at, as well as various other issues and he took great care of that vehicle.
