“Went in for electrical troubles during a road trip. It was very busy but Alfred gave me amazing service! Helped me test, diagnose, price compare, and replace. I was being a little dumb bc of how stressed I was having the power die while driving, but Alfred was awesome about it and helped me get everything I needed. Probably the best customer service I've ever gotten anywhere. Give this man a raise!!”

“I recently had a very positive experience with Maceil’s Auto Body and am rating them with the highest 5 stars. Keith Maceil and his staff are honest, professional and friendly. My new 2023 van had received parking lot scrapes, abrasions and scratches. Maceil’s provided an estimate including the time and described the process they would use. Their rates are also posted in the office and are very reasonable. They scheduled the service within a short timeframe and at my convenience. The van was returned on schedule and was washed and polished looking brand new again! I would highly recommend Maceil’s.”

When I had another problem pop up about a week later they got back to the insurance company and fixed the second part without hesitation. Same day. “I was in a car accident recently and brought my car to Centerline Collision - Willow to be fixed. A few days later, the shop owner, Joe, personally called me to explain that the car is not going to be able to be fixed and he explained what next steps look like. He offered to be a helpful resource as I work through next steps with insurance, and spent a lot of time answering my questions. A few days later I called back to explain I can't grab my items from my car for a few more days. An employee (I believe Evan was his name) answered and let me know that there isn't a rush for me to come, was extremely kind and understanding, and also provided some guidance on how to proceed with next steps. This shop goes above and beyond for their customers and I couldn't recommend them more!”

“I didn't even know that fixing a bent wheel was possible. The wheels on my Tesla are $1000 each. Ouch! I hit a big pothole and it bent the wheel. I somehow found this place and service and for $127 they were able to fix my wheel. They were very upfront that it may not be fixable but luckily it was. I was so happy.”

“Firstly and most importantly, the bodywork they did was outstanding. They front edge of my hood was crinkled in like an accordion, but they made it new again. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the communication was lacking. They typically update all of their customers on the status of their vehicles every Tuesday and Thursday, but I never got any of those updates. Instead, I found myself calling and/or stopping by twice a week for the 3 to 4 weeks that they had it. Each time I stopped in, someone made sure to mention their 'staffing issues'. I understand that and I certainly can sympathize, but maybe let's not keep telling that to the customers for weeks on end, to the point it begins sounding like an excuse. And when speaking with 2 different employees during the final week or so of them having it, I was given 2 different pick-up dates that were 3 days apart. Also, I thought that the final clean-up before giving it back to me would've been a bit more thorough. The body looked great, but all of the door jambs were untouched. BUT, all in all, they did a great job on the most important thing, and for that I DO recommend them and I WILL happily go back to them the next time I hit a deer. Also, they installed a snap-on piece that I ordered for me. It was just a simple installation but they did it for me and didn't charge me for it. I do appreciate that. Thank you City Collision.”
