Got scammed over decking boards and lots of money, failed to take out a permit, left a dangerous mess at my house, and my roof is compromised due to improperly placed posts. He did absolutely nothing right on my property. The owner and his cousin are rude and unprofessional. Beware! Save your time and money by avoiding this company!!! Watch out cause the address listed is incorrect and he still is in business and not closed as specified.

Unprofessional, not reliable, not punctual, disrespected the contract giving me an inferior and lower priced product and does nothing but lie. I was also overcharged for patchwork that only lasted for a couple of months. And they failed the home inspection report cause nothing was being done right. Thankfully, I took them off the job but I ended up still waisting a ton of money and time to get something I didn't even sign for. I am posting this as a warning to those considering his business. Update: I am in a legal battle with this man because he does not want to pay me back!!!

Dennis and his team completed a deck rehabilitation project during the middle of the pandemic. The deck was built buy a previous owner, and we did work on the deck ourselves. So the deck had a number of deficiencies. I greatly appreciated the range of options that Dennis gave us to control the quality and price of the project, and we are extremely pleased with the result. Our deck is properly secured, the boards spacing allows for better drainage and cleaning, and there is a high quality paint job on the deck. Dennis team was a good crew who communicated well and respected us and our property (which is not always the case with contractors we have used in the past). We will definitely be looking to Dennis and his team for future projects.

Dennis and the team from Affordable Quality Home Improvements makes having work done on your home as stress-free as possible. We had our back patio and fence torn down and completely redone, and they were great during the entire process. Dennis keeps you informed, comes up with affordable solutions and is great to work with. We plan on using them again in the very near future and for any other contractor needs that come up.

They didn't finish the work They took out the level after the job was done that wasn't needed or even possible and reneged. The feeling was mutual. At least I received some money back. Now, if I could only figure out a way to get my time back?
