I just came back from Max's visit with the doctor. Thankfully, Max is healthy and we don't need to visit often. But whenever we do, Max and I are greeted like long lost friends.
The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and caring. Max, despite his many quirks, is given the royal treatment.
Dr. Trippett has been caring for my pets for 24 years. He is outstanding in his ability to diagnose and treat animals, large and small. He has never failed them or me.

Down2earth attentive animal care with us since 2012. Treated nasal discharge rhinitis, 4 years. Ab/drops, antihis& Convenia. Late on my cat's nasal lymphoma. He passed 6mo. after pill&steroid treatment @9. ?

Dr. Trippett and his staff are the best. They are very professional and knowledgeable. You can tell that they care about your pet as if it were their own. Caring for your pet is their passion, and they will do anything that needs to be done. Your pet's health and safety are their primary concern. Cannot say enough great things about them.

I will only bring my pets to West Hazleton veterinary hospital. Dr Trippett is very knowledgeable and you can tell he loves his job!! His staff is also extremely helpful and friendly. Pam was so sweet with my " special" dog ( she's a very nervous dog) she definitely has a special connection to animals, she's the only person who was able to calm my dog.100% recommend this place for all your pets needs

I took my pet rat there and the doctor had no idea what he was talking about. My rat has two lumps on her body and he said that maybe she bumped into something?? I asked if there were any treatment options and he said that it was expensive and he “didn’t recommend spending that much on something thats only gonna last me a few more months anyway”

The staff is very nice and quite lovely, but I felt brushed off by the vet whenever I brought up concerns about my pet. I didn't like that most of the treatment is done behind closed doors rather than in the room with the owner.

Keep note the hours of operations is not designed for those with full time jobs. They used to accommodate people with full time jobs but now they cater to the retired, elderly, full time parents of the time. Been coming here for 14 years and always had at least a day until 6pm. But I get it, their customer is no longer the full time 9-5 workers. Otherwise everything else is fine.

Grateful for the fact they were the only ones taking new patients. My cat was in distress I called around noone was taking anyone new. Took a chance. They got us in that day. Everyone in the office was very caring with Spooky. Thankyou.

They gave my dog the wrong medicine. They killed my dog unapologetically and still charged maximum price.
