We ordered a refrigerator on Friday. Sunday they came and said the fridge wouldn't fit even though customer service told us to call them if the driver refused to take the doors off, so we did. The driver continued to argue that our hand rail which is 1.5 feet off the ground was the reason he wouldn't deliver it. We spoke to their supervisor who told them to just not deliver it. So the customer service lady scheduled a new delivery for Tuesday and my husband picked the morning because the delivery driver kept complaining that they were tired and just did a house with 3 flights of stairs even though we have 1. So my husband was going to use a vacation day to get the delivery and they waited 24 hours to deny the delivery and refund the money. When I called to find out what they would be willing to deliver, they couldn't figure that out. I was told that they can't take the doors off, but we could if we wanted/needed to even though that was never offered to us while they were here. This entire transaction was handled poorly except by the sales clerk and the original customer service lady. Very disappointed and now still have no solution to have a fridge in the middle of the summer.

I don’t mind this location. The key kiosk could use some updating. It doesn’t recognize a lot of basic keys that were made at this location. Flooring dept is poorly staffed. Had to call corporate to get help. Lackluster samples also.

Mom and pop stores have better service. Client relations with Lowes and even Home Depot are cosmetic. They sell things for volume. The old days you
walked into a small hardware store and you were serviced. That's gone. A low price does not work if the item you are buying does not work as described. It just wastes your time. Time is money . Time is important. So beware of what you buy. It's not like it was when I grew up. If you can go to the place that can talk to you. China is killing us with a bad product made cheap!

On May 11,2024
I spent over 25 minutes waiting to have a copy of a key made. I walked to the kitchen cabinet area saw a young lady working at a desk. I decided to ask her for help and without hesitation She got up and helped with what I needed.

I don't frequent Lowes as much as I used to as their prices can be outrageous on garden items. However, if you need PVC piping, they likely have what you need, so I did get that. This particular trip was very frustrating. It was a nice day so of course the garden section was very busy. We waited in line about 10 minutes, then when it was our turn to checkout, the cashier looked at us and said, "I'm closed," and walked away. We then had to get in the other line that had 11 people waiting in it! We had to wait almost 20 minutes to finally check out. They definitely need a better system. If you need to close a lane, fine, but notify people before they get in your line and wait. It took less than 2 minutes to get what I needed, but 30 minutes of waiting in line. With their prices, there's no reason that they can't have more cashiers. I didn't bother going back in to self checkout because I passed that on my way to the garden section, and it was backed up too.

Don't ever order anything online from this store for pickup or curbside pickup because they will not have your item!

Customer service is lacking. Store is not organized hard to find some items. Some employees care, some do not.

I wouldn't recommend ordering ahead if you're on a tight deadline, but otherwise it's a great store for my needs, and everyone has always been as helpful as they could be.
