I had to use up a gift certificate I had so I purchased 3 New York Strip Steaks. I pointed out the 3 I wanted in the show case but the women didn't understand what I was saying, but the straps look good, in fact all the beef was cut really nice and meaty. As with everything, prices are up.

Hazle Park Quality Meats is a USDA inspected meat packing and processing facility that offers a full service butcher shop and specialty grocery store that is open to the public. In addition, they bottle and sell their own spring water, and host a weekly farmers market throughout the summer months.
