IFR Furniture is fantastic! Their customer service is truly exceptional, and unparalleled - from the beginning of the rental process to the very end. It is very easy to get in touch with them, and they respond quickly. Every person I interacted with was kind, professional, and available to help with any questions or concerns.
I contacted several furniture rental companies prior to renting a full house of furniture, and IFR was a clear standout from the beginning.
I *highly* recommend IFR for any furniture rental needs you might have. I'm so glad that I found them!

Kim I hope u get fired, I was ready to purchase 6 items from here and I was baffled with the experience I had with Kim. There was literally 1 other person in the whole store yet she wasn’t available and acted busy the entire time we were in the store. Never going back.

Worst experience I have ever had in a furniture store. The whole store was literally empty and yet we couldn’t get hold of Kim(the person working there at the time) we were gonna purchase 2 things that day but she couldn’t assist us so we left. Never coming back.

So often we forget about the importance of service after the sale. Well IFR recently restored my faith in humanity with their service. I had a loveseat in require of repair after one of my "aggressive" 20+ year olds broke the arm. I got repair quotes from others that ranged from $250 to $400. I then called IFR and explained the situation. Their General Manager personally came to my home to assess the damage. He then had his team pick up the loveseat on a Tuesday, repair it and return it the FOLLOWING DAY ! The charge was half of what others were charging . Thank you Jared and the IFR team . Also a special shout out to the delivery team and Manny for making it so easy Thank you

I just walked into the store...walked all around the store and not one person acknowledged my presence. I was prepared to purchase 4 items. Living room sofa, chair, loveseat and one item on clearance. So I just walked out and decided to write this review before I left the parking lot. There were at least 3 people that saw me and the only customer in the place. Please do better.

I bought some furniture here last year. It was a great experience. The salesperson was so friendly. Now I came by to look at some more items. I wasn't acknowledged or even greeted by anyone. I continued to look around. Not one person said a word but both sales ladies saw me and made eye contact.
