I was in for a recall which was initiated by the dealership. A loaner was made available at no cost. The work was done in a day. The dealership accommodated my schedule, which was much appreciated.

Just purchased a new Pilot, sales team were friendly and knowledgeable!!! Service department is super friendly!! Shuttle service is very convenient

UPDATE: See how Mike W. the Business Owner said that he'd get with me to try and work things out (below)? It is now June of 2021 and I haven't heard from anyone over there. No messages, nothing. PLEASE do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a vehicle.
