“This is the only place I'd go to get my car services done. They have great customer service, a nice area to sit down and relax while waiting for my car to be done, with free water and coffee! They will swap your battery for $10 or loan tools for free if you want to diy, including the plug in device that preserves your computer and radio settings while no battery is connected.”

“They went above and beyond when my bus broke down. I told him I was in northern Virginia and my bus broke down. He got me in touch with some buddies down that way who came and fixed my fuel pump. “Zack was amazing to work with! We were trying for a little while to buy a pathfinder and no other dealership/salesman could get us what we wanted but Zack did. He made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish of the process. He personally went and picked up the specific vehicle we wanted and brought it to the dealership. We didn’t know if we were going to buy the car that day so we didn’t bring a check and he made sure the car was brought to us so we didn’t have to go back out to the dealership to pick it up as we traveled a little over an hour to see him. “I searched high and low for a steering shaft for a 1994 dodge b350 with no luck. Steering shaft companies, amazon, Google, junk yards, drive shaft/u-joint specialist, machinists.... nothing. I was ready to give up when I went to their open house and saw they had all the individual parts to make one. I stopped in unannounced and asked them if they could help me. “I needed 4 tires put on my older Buick. I didn't want NEW. I wanted USED. Made an appointment for the next day. Got there @ 8:00. Was done in an hour. Very nice group of young men. Courteous and efficient. All 4 tires mounted and balanced for $180.00. Just what I wanted. I'm very pleased with my experience at JG Auto Tire Service. My only regret is that they are not in Carlisle. I had to drive into Harrisburg. Otherwise, five stars all around.”
