On a regular occasion (once to twice monthly) I either receive my neighbor’s mail mixed in with mine, or they receive my mail mixed in with theirs. It’s important to note we live on roads with different names and house numbers. The post office hasn’t been able to correct this issue in two years.

The employee named Kelly is very unprofessional, rude and does not want to be bothered to help customers with anything. She hung up on me after telling me to call back in 30 minutes and once I did call back asking for her help she said I can find someone else to help me and took the phone off the hook. I couldn't get help through the online portal and a representative told me to call the local post office. She has had the phone off the hook for over an hr and once she puts it back on and I call she answers to hang it up. Worst attitude since the very beginning. What happened to the wonderful customer service this post office had?! If she hates her job that much do not work for the public!

The post master is extremely rude and has no clue what she's doing. Not sure how she got the job but someone needs to remove her asap. I'll return when the mess is cleaned up.

Driver cant deliver my mail due to snow but can deliver to the mailbox sitting right next to it and pull out on to road in front of my mailbox. I haven't had any mail delivered in almost a week but again the neighbors sure have. Lady at post office was no help.

I've worked with a lotta post offices in the SE PA area. This is the best I've had experience with, bar none. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They understand my needs as a decent sized customer and make my life easy. I really couldn't ask for more. My total incoming/outgoing volume is around 600 packages a year for perspective. So not a ton but enough for it to be a real pain if they weren't so great.

The best post office! The staff are extremely kind and helpful and have even gone out of their way to help me with a postal issue that had nothing to do with them. I wouldn't go to any other post office.

Very friendly and helpful staff, no idea what some of these other people are going on about. I use them for sending eBay stuff often, it always arrives on time. Every once and a while a inbound package is in limbo down there, the staff are very helpful to get it to you, it seems like it's the antiquated computer system, and has nothing to do with the individuals...

Package tracking information is NEVER accurate. Staff is extremely unfriendly, and not at all helpful. If I could have my mail sent through a different post office I would.
