Reserved a truck online, got conformation of the rental and went to pick up. Upon arrival no one was there, doors were locked and no answer when I tried to call. Two days later I receive an email cancelation from the location.

This place and Mike are great!!! There was confusion all day at another U-Haul. Came to West Grove and everything was straightened out and Mike got us on the road. He really saved the day.
