The picture went out on our Samsung TV. Tom was able to easily diagnose and repair the issue. His communication with us was top notch! We’ve had the TV back 3 years now and no issue. Highly recommend this business!

My Samsung - 82" Class Q60 flat screen TV made a loud pop noise and would not turn on. On January 4th I requested a service call through my Samsung account. Tom called me that same day to discuss the potential faults in my TV with me. He provided two possible diagnoses and quoted the cost on the spot. I thought my TV was going to be out of service for months but Tom ordered the parts and was at my house repairing my TV nine days later! Tom replaced the power supply. He was very prompt, prepared, courteous, informative, efficient and the price was very affordable, especially considering the replacement cost for the TV. Getting the TV repaired was definitely worth it! Added perk, Tom was honest, friendly and a generally nice person.

Although I didn't actually have any repairs done by this company I felt the need to share the experience I had with Tom. I called and left a message about an issue I was having with my 50 inch Vizio TV. Tom returned my call promptly and asked for the model number of the tv. He said he would check to see if there were any parts even available for that specific model. A couple days later Tom gave me a call back and informed me that there in fact weren't any parts readily available for that tv. Tom could have easily told me to bring the TV in so that he could make a quick buck off of me by charging me a deposit and then telling me there are no parts available. Instead he was honest and upfront from the beginning. You don't find those qualities in a lot of companies today. Much respect to Tom! I will definitely consider this company if I need repairs in the future. Thanks again Tom.

They were able to come out very quickly within a day of receiving the part I needed for my tv ! Very friendly and quick to install!! Definitely recommend and will use them in the future as well!

Had the come and service my oled tv that had broken hdmi ports. They were super responsive and got my parts and back to me right away. The two gentlemen who come were very kind. And were very patient as I was running late on my window. They took great care on cleanliness and was a quick repair.

When I contacted Costco regarding issues with my ~1 yr old Samsung TV, they referred the matter to Tom‘s TV Sales and Service. Tom called to diagnose the issue and immediately knew what was needed. As soon as Tom received the part, he called to set up an appointment for installation. I could not have been more impressed with Tom the man or his truly exceptional service. Tom provided the type of white-glove, old fashioned customer service that is rarely seen these days. He showed the utmost respect for my home and handled my 50 inch TV with extreme care. I needed to reach out to Tom a couple of times with questions and found him to be very responsive and helpful each time. I cannot say enough good things about Tom, and I very highly recommend him for all of your TV service he needs.

I cannot say enough good things about Tom and his business. As with a lot of consumers, our cable TV bills were going up and up as we watched less and less. I was nervous about "cutting the cord" and going to internet only. Tom was great and was able to get me the right antenna with a clean professional install. I get 40+ over the air stations, the HD is amazing and we haven't missed a beat on the shows we like to watch. If you want to save $100+ a month, at least give Tom a call. What's also important to point out is that we live on the edge of the Philadelphia viewing area and our service is great.

Tom was chosen by Samsung for my warranty claim for a new Tv that failed. I’m so glad his company was chosen. I filed the claim, and 2 days later he was at my home with a new 65 inch screen to replace. He has the years of experience and it shows. He is very methodical and quick. It was a very great experience.
