After speaking with someone on the phone, I drove to their location per their instructions. I tried to drop of an 85 inch flat screen TV. Rang two of their outside bells for service, waited 12 minutes at their facility but couldn't receive any service.

It is tight for a 53' trailer. And if you have a long truck on top of that or one of their straight trucks is in a door, good luck. They should definitely enlarge the stone part out into the grass another 10 to 15 feet. Other than that, nice people and quick loading.
