My stylist did not listen to me & went ahead & cut my hair as she wanted. After paying $56. & a $12. tip, I went home & got my scissors out & fixed my hair. I will never go back there! She must have been a novice. You don't give a prospective client to a newbie!

If I'm going to pay $50 for something, I'd like to walk away feeling good about. This is especially the case if that thing I am paying for is attached to the top of my head. Last night I asked my stylist for something different as the cut that I had been getting previously was becoming too much daily maintenance. I have been seeing this stylist for years, since I was a child, so I assumed that after explaining what I had in mind that my stylist would reasonably be able to take care of the rest. I asked for a pretty standard middle part and an all-around cleanup. What I ended up receiving was far below what I would expect from a salon that charges $50 for 30 minutes of their time. My haircut, while it does not look awful from the front, upon closer inspection it looks as if it was done by someone who certainly did not have over ten years of professional experience. There is no feathering, no layering, no care. In the picture I attached you can see that the stylist basically left me looking like a mushroom. Everyone in this Salon is very kind, the decor and ambiance are great, but if you don't provide a great service then what is the point. I could have gone to Supercuts down the road and gotten the same cut for half the price. I am extremely disappointed and frankly will not be bringing my business back here. If you need your haircut, you could probably do better somewhere else. Edit: I forgot to mention that their website is not functional in the slightest either. This is reflective of their hair styling.

My step mom sees Gillian and recommended I see her too. Wow! I got a ton of hair cut off and she cut it exactly how I asked. She made me feel like a million bucks. Will definitely go back to see her!

Saw this salon and had to give it a go, The people at the front desk were extremely nice and very welcoming when I came. Had a complete hair makeover here and it was done fantastically, will come here again and recommend for others!

Completely Butcher my wife's hair died it pink and cut 8" off before Thanksgiving. When it was supposed to be a trim and a copper color. Manager call my wife and blamed it on her when my wife showed the stylist pictures of what she wants. Worst Customer service ever!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
