I agree with others about the negative reviews. I have no complaints. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Made an appointment online easily, checked in when I got there and was taken back in 2 minutes. Blood draw was smooth and comfortable. My husband went a couple weeks later and had the same experience.

I love Quest and I like this particular office in West Grove. The online appointments is easy to navigate and the text link to check in has me in and out in 15 minutes (most times). As a bonus, the phlebotomists are always so friendly and professional there. I have small veins and they do a great job.
