I was on the way to Rehoboth Beach, DE and had a brake issue. We pulled in without an appointment and we’re immediately greeted. Without hesitation, he pulled my car onto the lift and immediately found the problem. There was a missing caliper bolt and he went through a bucket of bolts to find a matching bolt. Without luck he made several phone calls and within minutes one was delivered. Super friendly, accommodating and great service. I highly recommend.

Pats is an excellent shop! Jim is the owner and he's got to the best mechanic I know. He's always able to help when I need auto service and he does good quality work. He charges you a reasonable fee for what he needs to do to your vehicle. I'd recommend Pat's to anyone who needs automotive service. We have used them for over twenty years and there's no one better...Chris

Honest, reliable, accommodating, and always above and beyond. I tend to do most of the work on my vehicles myself, but for when that isn’t feasible, such as for state inspections or tire mounting/balancing, I don’t trust anyone but Jim at Pat’s Service Station. Unlike other shops, he won’t gouge you on prices, or try and up-sell you and say you need a new air filter, wiper blades, tires, etc. unless you do truly need it. Repairs and service has always been quite fast as well.

Quick, honest, fair service. I've been taking cars there for 4+ years, and every time I have a major repair they walk me through the process, labor and parts required, etc. Did I mention they're quick? Most repairs are done in a day, probably not always the case, but has been with me.

While traveling in the area, Pat's took care of a flat tire for me as a walk- in right before closing time. Warm, friendly, immediate, knowledgeable, and fairly-priced service. If I lived locally, this would be my mechanic hands down.
