“This place WILL get any of your problems with screens of any smartphone done, and done right. And In a timely manner. I’ve have my iPad and iPhone repaired multiple times here. 4 visits. Speaking with the owner it is straight to the point. Returning customers are rewarded with possible discounts as they are willing to work with you. They have a one year warranty on all replaced parts which most phone repair places do not have. They also sell accessories to the items you bring in as well as smartphones themselves. They are fast, consistent and get the job done right. Recommend this place for any device that needs repairs over all others.”

“Went to the Hockessin store on Sunday 7/21 and was helped by V. He did an excellent job and was multi-tasking as he was the only representative at the store and had to wait on 3 different people. Great Customer Service, he helped me with my bill and got my son set up on a new IPhone 15 with limited charges, I appreciate all his efforts and I told my son that was an example of how to treat customers. I would say Verizon needs to do a better job staffing their stores on weekends.”

The Assistance manager Jada helped me with this process, she was nice, attentive and the whole interaction was relatively quick.
