Took my car to Bill for the first time today. Bill solved a frustrating electrical problem for me, same day. He was knowledgeable, honest and the price was reasonable. I will return and I recommend him to anyone looking for an honest car guy with reasonable pricing.

Bill is a craftsman when I comes to car mechanics. A straight shooter that really looks out for YOUR pocket, and understands that the joint goal of the auto shop and customer is to maintain a working vehicle, even if that means diagnosing and sending you to another shop in the rare case that a specialty tool is needed for the actual work.

My Mom is a Breast Cancer Survivor as well as triple bypass heart patient and just got a car two weeks ago after being off the road during lots of treatments then relocating to the east coast…one of the first times she’s driven it she had a tire completely FLAT! He was awesome and helped my Mom right away and got her back on the road. Glad to know we have a reliable shop and good people just down the road from us in West Grove!
