“I visited this giant last Friday over the Kennett giant which I usually shop at. The employees at this giant seem a lot nicer, especially the one employee named Nick. He was very polite and courteous and I had a lovely conversation with him. He is awesome and so is the jennersville giant!”

“We come every year for the corn. Decided to try an apple pie last season and it was the worst apple pie we have ever had. Barely any apple or seasoning. It was mostly a clear gelatin filling. We will still be back for the produce!”

“I love going to the Produce Place. Everything is so fresh and ready. Great staff and customer service. Their salads are spectacular and an array of homemade dressings to compliment each one. Their precut fruit is so hard to resist. So I usually don't. Fantastic smoothies! They never rush you, even when there are many customers. It's my go to place.”

“We like to use organic and mostly vegan products in out house. We almost always find the products not carried in commercial grocery stores. Setting is laid back and staff are super friendly. The Cafe is great for snacks and coffee. Their deserts are awesome.”

“Great low key little grocery spot in Avondale with decent sized parking area in the back. We shop there for produce weekly and it’s always fresh. Super friendly family that runs the place and delicious prepared foods like tamales. In a pinch they’ve got a little bit of everything. Support this small local business!”

“Great selection, very nice owners, reasonable prices, helpful, respectful, and worth the trip once or twice a month. The store is not big, but I found everything I needed, and some surprising items I didn't expect.”

“Their burritos are absolutely amazing and the staff is great! Had burritos and quesdillas with the wife about a week ago and have made plans to stop by again the next time we're in the area. I hope they continue to see growing business and exposure! This was a happily found gem for me. Hoping to try more and more of the menu from here on out. Thanks again!!!”

“I didn't go into the store. Outside they host a couple vendors every day from four to 9ish. We had the esquites (Mexican street corn in a cup, with lime cheese and mayo), corn on the cob and champurrado. Taste great and authentic. I haven't had the tacos (they looked to greasy even for me).”

“Good values compared to other food stores. Smaller though the competitors. Not a great deli for hot foods or bakery but it’s a small college town grocery store. No fresh seafood counter or takeout vendors.”

“Been shopping here for years. I spent $150 here today, and the young white woman cashier straight up refused to help me bag up my groceries. I even brought my own bags... it slowed down the line for the customer behind me. WhyyyyStill a great store. All other staff is great. Just a bad visit.”

“I worked at Giant for the better part of 9 years and shopping there today never lets me down. I am so happy to be able to shop at such a reliable market.Five stars!”

“I love this spot, especially in light of the Wilmington Farmers Market closing (This one is cleaner and better kept anyways). The food selection is incredible for any international food needs. The fruits and vegetables are also great. Prices are better than anywhere else. I have never bought meat products here, but there are plenty of options. The people that work here are plenty nice and accommodating. This is my preferred place to shop for groceries in the area.”

“Had no issues with Zingos except that the handicapped parking was changed to maternity parking and the only handicapped parking is now 2 slots in front of the liquor store next door. Today was not the first time that a delivery truck has decided to use those spots as a loading zone (parking across both of them) Luckily this time they left after I circled the parking lot for less than 5 minutes. In the past I have had to go to another grocery store because of this.”

“I needed to purchase a bag of Purina Dog Chow and the 20 lb was not available. That left the 46 lb and it was too heavy for me. Brianna graciously lifted it into my cart for me and accompanied me to my car and put it in the trunk. That is customer service and she is to be commended. Thank her so much”

“I've been coming here for thirty years or so. Really good breakfast sandwiches and I can also highly recommend the turkey club. They use real roasted turkey here, not cold cuts. Prices haven't risen as much here as in other places either from what I've seen.Genuinely nice people too.”

“Some things are good. Bought some Aspirin on the cheap, but realized the quantities are so small. Makes me question if its worth it, or generic brands in Big Box stores are better?”

“My favorite place to stop. Coffee is an important part of my life, Hazelnut creamer on tap, The New manager Amber has a beautiful smile, and she's so very friendly, as are the other employees. Hope Amber's here to stay.”

“This place has the highest quality produce in the region as far as I can tell. It also has a good selection of bulk dry goods, local foods, and the largest supplement variety I have found in Delaware. Their processed food selection is expensive, but their organic produce and bulk dry goods are significantly cheaper than at the regular grocery stores.”

“Super Walmart! It's a huge store that isn't exactly well laid out. I feel like you should be given a map when you step in the doors. Decent selection of basically everything. Great prices except for any name brand apparel, $25 for a plain green Hurts tshirt is a bit much I think.I like that they have a mini Pretzel Factory in the store.”
