“I love the doctors! I have been going here for 10 years. There are times when getting proper service at the front desk can be challenging, but I think that is attributable to the poor quality of tower health and the policies they brought with them, because the drop off was noticeable when they took over a few years back. Getting prescriptions was a bit harder before the online app. Now the response is very good and timely. They also respond to massages and answer questions.”

“This doctors office has always been great. I have never had a hard time getting in with my doctor or one of the NP's. When I call I may have to wait for a minute or two but they usually don't put me on hold. The front desk staff has been much better and so pleasant since they got a new front desk manager a few years ago. Keep up the great work!”

“I have not had any issues. When I called and left a message for the nurse she called me back. Gave me options that my Dr suggested. They were able to see me that day. I have not had a bad experience with this office and love my physician, nurses and all the receptionists. Thank you for your awesome service and you do for patients every day!!!!!!”
