I called to inquire about a particular brand of dog food. I was told by the employee over the phone “We have a ton of it”. I made the 30 minute drive to purchase the food for my hungry pup but I could not locate one bag . I then asked the employee for assistance and she could not find any either. All in all it was a complete waste of my time and gas but at least now I know to stay away from Concord Pet supply and their incompetent employees.

Amazing pet store with the sweetest little cat! They are always helpful and I never have any issues with items being out of stock. Great store!

They do not fulfill complete orders and withhold your money after stating that product is not in stock. The internet states in stock and they make excuses if you don't utilize their auto ship because they want to directly withdraw payments and have auto fill orders. If you choose not to "auto fill" they cancel and partly ship what you order.BAD BUSINESS

If you are lucky, their black cat will wander the store with you. The cat knocked some things over. Those must have been suggestions. Love that cat!

It's a pet store. Lots of stuff. They had what I wanted. Staff was friendly enough.

Staff is always friendly. They always welcome me on arrival and ask if I need help finding things. They have a good selection of pet food, treats and litter. They sell live prepackaged crickets and maybe mealworms. Some items are priced better than other places, some priced higher. But at least they seem to have a lot all at one store which is helpful.

Staff were so helpful . Crazy that still can’t get the Iams wet food that my skinny cat loves. Many alternatives available . Good cat toy selection.2 resident cats were playful . Pepper the black cat in picture almost got me to buy her treats. The staff said she was messing with me . She knocks them over then meows and gets you to come over . Evidently, she doesn’t even like those treats . She did enjoy a good head scratch.

I frequently shop this Concord Store and each time the staff has gone above and beyond to help me weather it is in store or ordering new products!Eden the manager is extremely knowledgeable and friendly! I live closer to other stores and will never shop at another location. My dog has some pretty severe allergies, and she went out of her way to help me with the nutrition of each food recommended by the vet as well as why each one is beneficial in its own way. My dog has had no issues for the last month and from the bottom of my heart I appreciate her and her staff at Concord Pet!
