We experienced some car trouble with our 2019 Camaro while visiting in the West Chester area. Upon a recommendation we took the car to Santilli's. I have been rebuilding, restoring, and hot rodding vintage cars since I was a youngster. John, the owner of the repair shop immediately put us at ease about the necessary repairs. He made short work of our issues and got us safely back on the road. His vast knowledge of auto repair and years of experience are obvious when watching him work. Without reservation I recommend this shop. His honest and friendly demeanor are most comforting when your miles from home. We couldn't be happier with his work. If we lived near Santilli's, he would be our first call for our cars.”

“I just had Copeland fix a tire for me. They are a very busy repair shop…but well deserved. They treat each customer with respect and are very honest about what to expect. I can see why you have to make an advance appointment, but they work hard to accommodate an unscheduled arrival. Being new to the area it is very hard to find a repair shop that I feel comfortable enough to leave my car. I’ve noticed.other places always try to upsell me on stuff that I don’t need. I was very impressed and will be telling everyone about them.?”
“I was on the way to Rehoboth Beach, DE and had a brake issue. We pulled in without an appointment and we’re immediately greeted. Without hesitation, he pulled my car onto the lift and immediately found the problem. There was a missing caliper bolt and he went through a bucket of bolts to find a matching bolt. Without luck he made several phone calls and within minutes one was delivered. Super friendly, accommodating and great service. I highly recommend.”
