The heavy set white guy with a semi broken arm that works at the print services is incredibly rude and unhelpful. I stood in line for 5 mins to be waited on and when he finally approaches I said I'm trying to print something but the machine won't accept my card. He says "well there's nothing I can do. You can send it through the website and I can print it out tomorrow." I said the other staples gave me a card to load money on so I could print it out. He said "sorry there's no gift cards. The machine only accepts debit/credit cards." He told multiple lies because I've been to other staples where this has happened and all of them were very helpful. The one that used to be in Phoenixville gave me an email to send the document and they printed it out. The one in Downingtown gave me a staple cash card to load money to print it out. There's other ways to do it. He just didn't want to help. Thank God I still had my cash card from Downingtown. I'm only giving two stars because of the cashier. He was super helpful and nice.

This Staples is a joke. Even when the store isn’t busy the employees never want to help you. They’d rather hide in the print office playing on their phones and then give customers attitude if they dare ask a question.

I came into this Staples the other day to get a small bookmark laminated. I went over to the printing department to ask how to proceed. A woman with short blond hair told me I had to request the services online and make an appointment to get something laminated and she could not do it day of. She told me there were multiple orders ahead. I went home to look at the website and no where on the site was there an option to make requests for lamination. I ended up calling another Staples, where he told me I could just come in and there was not a way to to request that service online. I went to that Staples where they took care of me quickly as I had one small bookmark to laminate. I can understand if someone is busy and cannot get to something right away, but to lie and steer me in the wrong direction was unnecessary.

I am only giving 2 stars for the cleanliness and availability of products. I came here because Amazon started directing me to a Staples location for returns. QUICK NOTE: THE STORE WAS NOT CROWDED, THEY WERE NOT BUSY! I would have understood if they were overwhelmed or stressed, but that didn't seem to be the case.I stood at the Amazon returns section for a good couple minutes, the employee was in the back. No big deal. He came out and didn't make eye contact with me, short spoken and I said hello he didn't say anything back. Whatever, no big deal. As long as he does his job. I decided to buy something from the store and went to the front to checkout. A woman was returning something and the guy seemed very dismissive. He had a broken arm, so maybe that added to it? An elderly man came in to ask if they saw his phone and the cashier seemed annoyed while saying 'no'. After he was done serving the woman, he shoved her package to the side as I came up to checkout, but at least this employee told me to have a good day while sounding defeated. I don't know what's wrong with the employees here but everyone just seemed miserable. I hope this was just a bad day for everyone.

Useless in the print department with archaic computers that don't work with exFAT (for both mac and pc) formatted drives but Kinko's and every other print location can...

This is the third time going into this staples and being talked down to by an employee Ann Marie. She is a blond women who works in the printing center. She is always short with people, and talks down to customers. One day my husband came home from staples and told me about this lady who was so rude in the printing center at staples. Two weeks later I have the same experience. Today I went in again and the same thing happened. I understand working with the general public is not easy but if someone comes in and is friendly and just trying to use your services there is no need to be rude, aggressive and talk down to them. If I was the manager or general manager of this store I would not stand for someone treating customers like this before they even open their mouth to ask a question.

My recent visit to the Staples location this Sunday July 9th, was incredibly underwhelming and left me feeling frustrated. I needed to print a simple one-page document on a Sunday, but much to my dismay, they flat out refused to assist me. This experience highlighted the store's lack of professionalism, particularly the rude behavior exhibited by their staff members.Let me emphasize that the employees at this specific Staples location were not busy with other tasks or customers when I approached them. Despite this, they callously turned down my request to print the document, with an unwarranted mean-spiritedness. It felt as though I was imposing on them by simply asking for their help, which left me both shocked and disheartened as a customer. In contrast, the Exton location, which is a bit farther away, has consistently provided me with positive experiences. The staff there is friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist with my printing needs. I have never encountered any excuses or unpleasant behavior from them, and their commitment to service is reflected in the smiles on their faces.

Very helpful service. Came in needin an important print job to send a package. The clerk was engaged and assisted me even with paying with change as it’s usually done thru debit transactions since I only had cash on me. FedEx drop box right outside. Made life easier

I went in looking for a new office chair because I recently broke two ribs (which I didn't share with them) and my old one was painful to sit in.Let me tell you, the associate offered to carry it out to my car, not knowing of my injury, just great customer service. So to recap..... I needed a chair, I paid for a chair, and they carried the chair to my car. Five Stars!

Staff is absolutely rude at the printer area. I always go to Exton because they seriously go out of their way to assist you.

I've bought from Staples for years. Printers, cords, etc, etc. I just received my new Wireless Earbuds from Amazon this morning. I've bought wireless earbuds from them before and they always came with the computer-to-earbud charger case cord. However, the ones I bought (not cheapies) had NO CHARGER CORD. No only no charger cord, but an oddball connection. Not a 'C' type connector which most items have these days like my Android phone... It required a 'special' connector. Kinda shaped like half of an oval. So a man asked if he could help me and I said sure, and showed him the earbud case I brought with me. He looked for 10 minutes, to no avail. Then, suddenly, he pulled a box from way down on the bottom, opened the box, and PLUGGED IT IN TO MY earbud case and VIOLA!!! John found the connector AND it was only $11.95. KUDOS to Staples and Special KUDOS to John.. And a job well done. ???
