“We had our sons 2nd birthday here, and it was smooth sailing! The event space was clean and full of fun toys for the kids. They accommodated our balloon artist, which was greatly appreciated. The staff were friendly, and helpful during setup and cleanup. The party table for the kids was sweetly decorated. The space was designed perfectly, which made it easy for both adults and kids to enjoy the party. Highly recommend!”

“Couldn’t have picked a better venue for our big day. Grace was our coordinator and she was amazing every single step of the way & was such a big help to me during the planning and kept me super organized and on track. Her and Ashley helped me on my wedding day and they were the absolute best at making the day go smoothly and perfectly for me and my fiancé. Our guests raved about the food and had amazing things to say about all the staff members. While it poured in our wedding day, they all supported us in still doing our ceremony outside and were willing to get soaked with us to make it happen!!! I can’t recommend them more. Thank you for making our wedding day the best day!”

“Beautiful venue, just alittle jam packed. Food was delicious. Didn't make much sense that there were cigars being given out and an area to smoke them by the fire pit but was told couldn't smoke cigarettes in this area. But vape pens were OK. Make that make sense when cigars are the smelliest. Pretty rude in my eyes.”

The classes are accesible for all. Her assistant Hunter is also a kind soul and helpful with answering any of your questions.Join a class or even a special event. Her annual yoga day at the beach is fantastic…I’m happy to be part of this community!”
“Merion Tribute house is the perfect venue for a rustic castle-style wedding. It was everything we wanted in a venue. The Legion room is perfect for hosting a cozy indoor ceremony while the patio and lounge are perfect for cocktail hour. The ballroom is the perfect mix of large to host but still hinting toward rustic formal charm. The stage is perfect for a live band (we had one and it was great!) The entry area is jaw-droppingly gorgeous and the building itself is a jewel. You get the entire venue to yourself for your day, no sharing with others, and Collette was very easy to work with and has all sorts of diagrams and information on measurements and whatnot for helping you plan things out. She can work with you to store your decor and alcohol at the venue in advance so it's already there days before your event. They have preferred caterers and we went with John Serrock who was amazing as well. This venue was everything we hoped and dreamed and was reasonably costed too. “Little did I know the US Squash Headquarters is in Drexels Campus. It's a very nice facility that I suggest checking out. They have a ton of courts, gears, and rentals. The bathroom facility is good/clean. Very good price point for monthly or single memberships as well.”
“I came for a work conference. The meeting location was nice. Lots of space and clean restrooms. The food they served was pretty good. Parking was a bit tight.”
“I enjoyed the visit here, I expected more when comparing it to similar area attractions. The most enjoyable areas were the vegetable garden and butterfly gardens. The maze was simple and fun for the little ones. They also enjoyed the various tree houses/forts throughout the park. The native woodland walk was the least impressive part of our visit. It seems a couple attractions marked on the map are missing. Several information signs in the area were in need of cleaning or replacement. It certainly is a nice place for a walk and to see and smell the natural beauty of the area, but I don't know that I would come back again.”
“I recently had my wedding at Ballroom at Ellis Preserve and can't even being to explain how happy I am with our day. From our first tour with Tina, she thoroughly explained every detail and option that Finley had to offer. The day of the wedding was so stress free thanks to Ellis with the staff that they have working to assist you in making your special day easier. From morning to night there was always someone coming to me asking if there is anything that we needed help with. All of our guest's RAVED about the food, many letting us know that it was the nicest wedding that they have attended. Tina, our event coordinator also does in house events. She further exceeded any of our expectations for the centerpieces to the decorations and I set them very high. This was the best night without a doubt & I will forever recommend Finley Catering!!”

“What a really great spot. We came for a work dinner, not knowing what to expect, and it could not have been a nicer evening. The food was fantastic, from the very first appetizer to the delicious dessert cups at the end. The service was even better. The people were really lovely and the ambiance was warm and intimate. “Our wedding at The Duportail House was amazing. They were one of the very few places that allow couples to bring in their own caterers. I am Jamaican and my wife is Ghanaian so it was very important that we had our traditional foods represented. Additionally, my wife loved the old century, rustic look of the house which flowed well with our wedding design. Kate, the Duportail's coordinator, made sure my wife had exactly what she wanted in terms of layout and seating arrangements. Stop by and see if it fits your needs. Our wedding comfortably seated our 65 guests.”

“An elegant, relaxed, exquisite little jewel of a restaurant nestled just outside of Conshohoken’s developing downtown, The Spring Mill Cafe hosted a surprise birthday party for my younger sister. Menu and detail coordination were effortless, and the owner, Ezra, offered ideas and insights on how to best structure the affair. The food was - superb - , everyone in attendance raving about it. I couldn’t have found a better venue for the event, and will certainly return in the future. Wonderful. Go here.”

“Beer Fest Activities @ 23rd St Armory!There were about 20+ breweries participating! I had a VIP Early Access Ticket…it was great to get started with the sampling before it became crowded!I focused on breweries that I haven’t had previous tastes…sadly this is when I realized I have a ‘beer problem’..there may have been 2-3 only that I NEVER had and once I sampled them…I wish I hadn’t…Haahaa! My philosophy about breweries today is: If you brew beer - it doesn’t = good beer!It was a good time overall!”
“I recently traveled to the area to attend the breakfast with Santa event. Not only did it run smoothly, but the breakfast was absolutely delicious! So many options to choose from, even my picky eater was satisfied! My personal favorite was the breakfast potatoes (I’ll be dreaming of those for weeks to come).Kathy made sure we didnt miss any of the activities, Brian checked in to see if we needed anything, and Chef Glickman and Colbert went out of their way to check in on how the food was. The staff was welcoming and patient, resulting in a wonderful event.I highly recommend! Totally worth the trip, if you aren’t local.”

“I was so fortunate to have my vow renewal here at this venue. It was perfect! It fit 30 people comfortably and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. We were able to bring in a decorator and we had so much help with set up and break down. There was a smaller side where we had our food. The location was perfect but parking was limited. If you are having a small gathering or event, this is the best place to be.”

They accommodated all of our request and helped make the trip as easy as a funeral trip can be. The location is out of the way so we were able to get away from the hustle and bustle and actually rest.”
