Have been trying out hotels in this area because my daughter goes to a college close by. Marriott Philadelphia West is conveniently location close to the highway and an across Wawa’s and 2 gas stations. It’s also close to a lot of great restaurants and ths King of Prussia Mall Check in was easy, the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. My room was clean, double beds were comfortable. I didn’t hear a lot of noise even if there were wedding parties and a Bar Mitzvah happening this weekend.
I particularly enjoyed my time at the Legend’s Restaurant and Bar because of Anna the bartender. She provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

This is a very lovely place to stay. Wonderful beds, and amenities that serve.
There is a particular terrific man that cleans, Joel,
making sure there is not a smudge anywhere.
I strongly recommend this hotel and the amenities and the Staff!!

Loved the restaurant and bar in the lobby. Great location and affordable prices. Great stay for a weekend wedding

Food and drinks: Great service and good food. Ate there twice over the weekend. Loved the wings and pizza and guacamole

Everyone was helpful, friendly and went the extra mile for the guests. BEST hotel experience my wife and I have ever had, and we both are over 75.

Hosted our wedding block here and cannot recommend it enough. The staff was incredible, managing multiple wedding blocks throughout the weekend. Tiffany and Kadine were awesome.
The pool area was great and a very big, hot tub.

Delivered here so can't say anything about the rooms. But the guy at the front desk was polite and helpful. Wish I remember his name because alot of people could learn customer service from him

My home away from home! From the front desk staff who I will mention personally - Marlana, Shanae, Fabrice, Shareef, Rashan, Floyd and Tali! The FRONT DESK staff rocks! I have been met with some of the most professional, courteous and outgoing staff to make sure my stay or stays exceeds expectations. Between seamless check ins and check outs, being recognized by name and having a few laughs at the same time make the interactions organic. Then we have the restaurant - Chris, Nate, Se’asia, Amirah and Matt that makes sure my Kim Crawford and food is always on point. Prior to Terry leaving and handling the Concierge lounge, I wasn’t confident that someone would be able to fulfill her shoes but Whitney!!! Whitney goes over and beyond to make sure everything that I need is available. She’s always so welcoming. I enjoy my time here as always! At times, consumers always find the time to complain but to personally acknowledge and thank those that don’t have to but choose to is always a good thing! Thank you all for going OVER and BEYOND when you don’t have to! It does not go unnoticed!

Food and drinks: Food and drinks have never been an issue.. everyone knows what I like!

Only been checked in for 2hrs and 40 minutes before having police callled on my family and forced to leave. Unprofessionalism behavior from staff member behind inquiring the stated time frame for the pool..I will never book at this location again. And yall will be hearing from my lawyer soon…

Great location. Speedy and friendly check-in. Room was clean, spacious and bed was super comfortable. Best of all, shower was terrific.
Would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed here a bunch of times this past year, but on the most recent visit my sheets were dirty. There were multiple dark brown dried stains on the comforter and multiple yellow stains on other sheets. When I complained to the manager on duty named Irika, she dismissively told me it was probably a permanent stain and that I shouldn't worry about it and would not refund me. She also yelled at me. Hopefully I'm able to talk to the general manager later because this is truly disgusting.

Very friendly staff, clean and spacious room. There is a fee for parking, and it is also a train track behind the hotel. Some nights might be noisy.
