“Have been trying out hotels in this area because my daughter goes to a college close by. Marriott Philadelphia West is conveniently location close to the highway and an across Wawa’s and 2 gas stations. It’s also close to a lot of great restaurants and ths King of Prussia Mall Check in was easy, the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. My room was clean, double beds were comfortable. I didn’t hear a lot of noise even if there were wedding parties and a Bar Mitzvah happening this weekend.
I particularly enjoyed my time at the Legend’s Restaurant and Bar because of Anna the bartender. She provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.”

“I would recommend AVE Blue Bell Villas to anyone who wishes to rent in or near Blue Bell area. It's a clean, beautiful, safe and huge community. They have a well maintained and equipped gym, amazing pool area and two tennis courts. It's proximity to groceries, shopping, restaurants, parks and good schools is perfect!We got an upgraded town home with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. We did have a couple of maintenance issues like minor leakage, bathtub paint chipping off, dishwasher problem and thermostat issues. But I must say the management and staff here is top notch! They always responded immediately and the work order was fixed as soon as possible. The staff is very friendly and professional.I would also like to add here that they also frequently host community fun events like some cooking class, a fitness session, free bagels or a movie in the park, which we enjoyed.The whole process from the beginning to moving out was smooth. We liked our stay here! Thank you AVE team.”

“My daughter and I have been here since February, due to a relocation. Our stay has been very pleasant. I love that it is family friendly/oriented. Our 1 bedroom suite has all the comforts of home. The staff are all professional and friendly. Love my housekeeper Amy. I chose to have a full service of our suite once a week. From the linens, bathroom and kitchen/living room she comes in and does her magic. The hotel is definitely a best kept secret”

“Liked the menu choices, not a large menu, but there was something for everyone. The garden salad was very nicely done with grilled peaches and pecans. Our meals of salmon and schnitzel were wonderful. Sorbet dessert was a combination of apricot and mango, which was delicious. Ambiance was great and service attentive. Very nice evening out!”

“I recently traveled to the area to attend the breakfast with Santa event. Not only did it run smoothly, but the breakfast was absolutely delicious! So many options to choose from, even my picky eater was satisfied! My personal favorite was the breakfast potatoes (I’ll be dreaming of those for weeks to come).Kathy made sure we didnt miss any of the activities, Brian checked in to see if we needed anything, and Chef Glickman and Colbert went out of their way to check in on how the food was. The staff was welcoming and patient, resulting in a wonderful event.I highly recommend! Totally worth the trip, if you aren’t local.”

“Stayed the weekend for a wedding, of which I did the flowers for. This hotel was wonderful and the staff incredibly accommodating. They offered me a more sizeable room to work in and without my asking, loaned me a cart! Gave us a late check-out after a long but wonderful weekend. “The rooms are large, the location is superb, making the visit on foot without problem, the restaurant for breakfast offers a service of quality that is too variable and person-dependent which is a big downside for a 5 star then the welcome in general is not good. Eg we arrived at 3:30 p.m., check-in time was at 3:00 p.m. but room not ready. They offered us vouchers for this inconvenience, the color of which we never saw! not professional at all. I believe that this hotel cannot claim more than 4 stars. All the hype is just bad for travelers. The staff, although numerous, are too obsessed with we don't know what, maybe they constantly have organizational problems, that's the impression it gives in any case

“The hotel is beautiful and was very clean. Albdul checked us in, and he did a wonderful job of making us feel welcome. Now, complementary hours were from 5-630pm. They had snacks and cheese and fruit, which was ok. Drinks were included in what you wanted. Now, the bartender that night was NOT pleasant at all. He had a strong chip on his shoulder. I had to ask if he was ok because the attitude was not professional at all. We were a party of 8, and all of us felt the same way. The beer was flat as it was Ina pitcher. Asking for another one from the tap was also a problem. Now, breakfast was wonderful. The chef made it his job to make you feel very comfortable. The morning breakfast crew was full of smile. We did go to the pool which was freezing and we didn't stay long. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Felt safe.”

“Located in a convenient part of the city, this Hyatt offered quick check in the middle of the night. Rooms were in good condition and provided plentiful towels which is a plus for a young family. Pool and jacuzzi are quiet and clean which is refreshing as well as a little area to spray yourself down. Check out was easy and Courtney at the front desk was amazing! I missed breakfast with the little ones but hooked it up with a banana and bagel for the road. This hotel knows their client base very well. Looking forward to the next visit.”

“Big shout out to “Jackie”! The woman at the front desks who actually took the time for customer service unlike the man who checked us in on 2/18/24 @ 3:49 pm. Didn’t get his name. We handed him our REV-1220 form for PA tax exemption he didn’t even read it and said we don’t exempt you for sales tax! We explained it was a federal form for Occupancy tax whereupon he waved it around and handed it back and said we don’t do that. We approached Jackie the next day with the form, who read it and said let me see what I can do. Simple. We checked out and were exempt from Occupancy tax just like that. Thank you Jackie for taking the time! We were on the garden floor, it was quiet and clean. Thanks to Jackie we’ll come back again! That’s who the 5 stars are for.”

“For me, it has been such a long time since I had amazing service at a hotel. Every single front desk host was super friendly and smiled whenever I needed anything or had questions. Before my last day there, I told one of the host about my experience and that I would definitely recommend this place. I would have given it a 4.9 star rating if I could. Reason why is that we came in the middle of the week so since they clean your room every other day, I had to get towels. Which I did not mind at all. No complaints though.
Oh and breakfast was really good!”

Rooms are great with all you need for a simple, convenient and restful stay. Entire staff were warm, unpretentious and happy to accommodate. Morning coffee in lobby was A+”

“The Alloy is a wonderful place to stay in King Of Prussia. The room was comfortable and stylish, and the folks behind the desk were incredibly helpful. I was especially impressed with the barista at the grab-and-go breakfast spot downstairs. She was friendly and thoughtful. The bar was hopping in the best way! Great energy every night without being crowded.

“RECOMMEND! 7/5/24 - Traveling by bicycle, this was a welcomed rest stop along my trip. My room was small (one bed) but clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice and the service was OUTSTANDING! Great value for the price.

“No complaints about this Hotel. Hampton always serves up a good experience and this met that expectation. Room was large, clean, well maintained, and welcoming. Staff were helpful, especially at the Continental breakfast. My only complaint is the layout of the site. Not much to do about it, but it was that user friendly for out of town folks to get in and out of.”

“Hampton Inn has really upped their game in recent years. This particular site had friendly, accommodating staff, even when we checked in close to midnight. They had a variety of snack options available at the counter for anyone who may be checking in too late to order food so that we didn't have to find a gas station for snacks, and they were generous with requests for items like mouthwash. The soap smelled amazing, and I love the way they've gone environmentally friendly by using lotion, shampoo, and conditioner bottles mounted to the walls to both reduce plastic waste and, I'm sure, save costs in all the travel sized toiletries that everyone is so fond of taking home. They were perfect for a clean, comfortable, safe overnight stay or even a work trip. I can't comment on the continental breakfast because I overslept, but they do offer it, so that's a plus as well. I wasn't there long enough to utilize it, but there is a gym facility with Peleton equipment. The final (and one of the most important for me) amenities: the lobby has 24-hour access to a variety of coffees, tea, and hot water. There are few things more disappointing than getting to a hotel that has an old glass coffee pot setup with scorched or empty pots any time of the day except the breakfast rush. If you're in the area and need a place to crash, I highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms: The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the layout of the room was practical to allow for easy setup should someone need to do remote work with a laptop. They've updated the outlets to accommodate USB plugins (which you'd think is pretty standard by now, but you'd be surprised how many still don't have accessible USB ports close to the bed).

There was an extra pillow in the closet, which is perfect for me, as I sleep with 3 pillows and there are usually only 2 per person on the bed.

The shower was amazing. It was clean, spacious, and had great water pressure that got good and hot.”

“Rooms are large and spacious and VERY clean. Even the fridge was spotless. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bartender referred me to a local restaurant that was amazing. The lobby bar has a pool table that is meticulously maintained.

Walkability: Many restaurants are a 5 minute walk away.”
