I've been banking here for years, back to when the facility was on Market St., and the service has been outstanding. Everyone , every employee, who I've met here has been affable, helpful, and efficient. I don't usually write public reviews but when I saw the hurtful comments from some reviewers, I was compelled to right the ship. I'm old enough to have been associated with a number of banks, and the people who work here are among the finest I've met.

The bank manager Felicia is far from professional. My husband and I went in today to make a withdrawal from our account. We receive payment for services rendered. New business so our deposit was more than normal but the check cleared the next day I checked our available balance and tried to proceed with the withdrawal. My husband is a carpenter and yes he gets dirty. The teller took one look at him and decided to go get the manger. She stated that the check we deposited eight days earlier had a problem. So I once again checked our account there wasn't any messages or holds on the account. He was made to wait for the bank manager Felicia who lied and said that there was a hold on our account for ten days. Our spending was questioned and we were even asked if this was the first time we had received a check in this amount. Our withdrawal from three days before were questioned. The sad thing was we were not allowed to withdraw any money. Our identification was correct and both bank cards were in possession. We then went to another wsfs bank in Wilmington . They dispense our money with out any problems and apologize for Felicia's behavior. There were no holds on our account and her refusing to allow us to withdraw the money from the account was unwarranted. Needless to say I will be contacting the home office and asking why the light skin woman with bleached blonde hair name Felicia of all things was not trained right. She is not a proper representative for a bank.

I Really want give "0" star. A week ago, I deposited one check via ATM, It still is not issued yet. I cannnot use my money. I have never heard to take over 1 week for issue a check.

YOU HAVE GOT TO BE F****** KIDDING ME! YOU PURCHASE THE BANK THAT I USE FOR YEARS, AND THEN THE DAY THAT YOU MERGE (FRIDAY) TELL ME THAT I CAN NOT ACCESS MY BANK ACCOUNT UNTIL MONDAY !?!?! I CANT EVEN DO A BALANCE INQUIRY ?!?!?! YOU ARE AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. THE ONLY REASON THAT THERE IS ONE STAR HERE IS BECAUSE THERE ISNT AN OPTION TO CHOOSE NEGATIVE F****** STARS!!!!! THE DAY I HAVE THE ABILITY TO PULL MY MONEY OUT OF THE BANK, THAT IS WHAT I WILL BE DOING AND GOING TO A REAL FINANCIAL INSTITUTION!
