If I could give this company 10 stars I would!!! I was backed into and was put in the middle of 2 insurance companies. My insurance agent was absolutely no help. In fact, the other insurance company's agent explained everything to me more than my own insurance company did. I started to be proactive and googled repair shops and came across Wright's. Best decision I ever made. I contacted Coleen and she REALLY explained everything to me. Instead of going with the repair shop (Service King) that the insurance company wanted me to go with I went with Wrights. I made the appointment to take my car in and they were ready for me. Coleen told me it would take 4 days to repair and it took exactly 4 days, no more. I had to get a rental and Coleen also explained how that worked. This company is extremely professional. Coleen advocated for me when my own insurance agent didn't. If Coleen could be my insurance agent I would switch to her. My car was repaired and looks perfect. Can't even tell the car was in an accident. Before you make any decisions on who is going to repair your car, even if they are a few dollars more than what your insurance company is will to pay, please contact Coleen. Your car will be returned to you in mint condition.

I always take my car to Wright's. I've had a few "oops" moments. Recently a deer jumped out directly in front of my car and i plowed right into it. Decent amount of damage. Coleen and Bill had me bring it in that day. They kept me in the loop and explained everything to me in detail. Coleen did an amazing job dealing with insurance, and making sure things were up to par. I picked my car up tonight. The repairs are flawless. Attention to detail is very much appreciated. Couldn't ask for a better experience. High quality customer service for sure.

I have to share my experience going to auto body & collision repair shops near me, and by far (no exaggerating) no other West Chester auto body compares to Wright’s Automotive Group. Bill and Colleen took my car in to have body damages looked over, and I was told in detail what will be done as far as repairs. The turnaround time for the auto body collision work done was extremely quick. The quality of auto repair work done was superior and my vehicle looks brand new! I will definitely be a returning lifelong customer for the auto body services they provide. I highly recommend that readers call Wright’s Automotive Group – give them a chance and you will not be disappointed!

I hate to tell you how well I've gotten to know Colleen and Bill since we moved to West Chester 16 years ago- but with new drivers and one driver in particular who drives everywhere, we've had our share of whoopsies. Those runaway grocery carts, mysterious parking lot dings and new driver bumper dents have received the magic touch from Wrights- and restored like new. We have also experienced some major hits with our cars- OUCH ! As long as no one was hurt, we know that Wrights will make it RIGHT. Put their name, number and address in your cell phone address book and get your car towed to them from the start. Excellent communique with adjusters and customer, we feel lucky to have them as a resource we hope not to need.

I brought two autos in for body work. The price quotes were very competitive; the body work was excellent in both cases. The work was completed on time by owners who are friendly.
