I went in to purchase my textbooks, and was helped by a guy named Dave who went above and beyond to help get me setup for the semester.Overall helpful staff, clean store, and very well stocked. Keep it up WCU!

West Chester University Campus Store does not answer their phone and does not call back after you leave a message. I'm a distance education student and called twice at the start of this semester after placing an order in my online cart that would change when I'd go to checkout. I called twice and left two messages. I ended up driving an hour and a half to talk to employees who were casually chatting with each other behind their desks, certainly not calling customers back. I called this morning for a question about my rental, but I'm sure my call will not be returned.

Ordered textbooks for distance education with online required materials. Although I stated used materials were acceptable, I was mailed a text with an expired access card for all the online components required for my course. I cannot access the materials and now have to purchase a new access code on top of the 75.00 they already charged me for the physical text (then 10.00 for shipping). I will never order required course materials from here again.
