I just got off the phone with the owner of this company. I have never spoken to a more arrogant person. I scheduled an appointment to have my car detailed and due to unforeseen circumstances, my daughter had to take the car for an undetermined period of time. I provided 24 hours notice of cancellation but according to their policy refunds are not allowed – no exceptions. I told them that I would reschedule but that it wouldn’t be until end of June and I didn’t want to be out the money for that long. He proceeded to tell me that it is too bad and that he is a CPA and attorney and he does this as a side business and next time I should read the polices. He was aggressive, threatening and insulting. He scoffed and said go ahead and try to get $200 from me. If you are considering getting your car detailed, consider going to a place that cares about the customer, not professing how successful the owner is and how little he could care about the customer. I have been in business a long time and have never dealt with anyone so ignorant. Please redirect your business to someone who values it. I have contacted the BBB as well as I would never feel comfortable leaving my car unsupervised with someone who runs a business this way and talks to customers the way he does. I wish I had read the other yelp reviews prior to considering business with this company. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!Service: Auto detailing

I made a same day appointment online that required a $100 reservation fee. Then I received a call cancelling my appointment, but they refused to give me my $100 back. The owner was beyond unprofessional and told me he had a team of lawyers, so “good luck”! Don’t risk it!!

The most unprofessional experience I have ever had. They take your deposit online and then call you and say they are understaffed and cannot preform the service you paid for and will not refund your money. Basically a scam.

I have never dealt a business so unprofessional and out right rude. They basically stole my money after I scheduled a detailing service. They said they didn't have staff and couldn't preform the service. Then told me that they would not return my money.

The guys did a beautiful job inside and out. I didn't recognize the inside it was so clean and it didn't have that horrible Armour All smell. Highly recommended.

My experience here was outstanding. They were able to squeeze me in for an interior detail when I called earlier that day. My car was pretty disgusting and they did a fantastic job and my car looks practically brand new. Staff was professional and even drove me home while I waited for my car to be done. Overall an gem of a detail shop which I highly recommend!

Spilled coffee on my front seat and called WC Detail they had availability the following day! Martin was super friendly, easy to work with and even gave me a ride to work. I was very pleased with the over all service. Planning on have my jeep detailed there again!
