I’ve been training with Jon for about 7 months now and it’s definitely one of the best decisions I’ve made. I had developed an extremely unhealthy lifestyle - I never exercised, gained a good bit of weight, and was constantly tired. I felt too self conscious to go to a gym and didn’t even know where to start. Jon never judged me and over time helped me see how possible it was to get my life back on track. Exercising has become a huge part of my routine now, and not only have I lost weight, but I have gained confidence and feel so much healthier. Jon truly cares about the people that he trains and I cannot recommend him enough!

Jonathan tailors his workouts and advice to your goals. Being intimidated by the strictness of crash dieting and excessive workouts, Jonathan helped me build confidence in being comfortable in my own skin while also pushing me to work hard and challenge my body. He was respectful of my mental health and didn't push me to try anything I wasn't comfortable with. He accepts my feedback and ideas with grace and always responds to questions I might have, despite his busy schedule. I know he'll continue to do amazing things, personally and professionally!

I love Weinstein Fitness! The trainers are super nice and friendly. They keep you motivated during workouts and push you to achieve your personal fitness goals. I've already seen great progress and improvements in my strength in just a few months. I actually enjoy working out now!

I came to Jon in early Sept. 2021 having been significantly out of shape for an extended period time and realized I was at a point in my life where I need to make a change...or else. I am a former college athlete but had been out of it so long - I realized that I'd probably need professional help to keep me motivative and to keep from hurting myself trying to get back into it. Well - Jon has done that with flying colors! I literally live across the street from the gym so it’s obviously easy to not make excuses - but I also did some due diligence and saw all the great reviews for Jon. All warranted! He specialized the workouts based on my background, physical make up and weak spots determined from the initial assessment (which in retrospect - was an embarrassment!). It’s clear he has a wide spectrum of knowledge whether you’re a complete novice (like I started) or an aspiring beast (which I now strive to be). He’s the Wikipedia of workouts – no 2 workouts are the same and he’s always challenging me in different ways. I work with Jon now 2 days a week in the gym and starting last month, he now programs another 2 days of ‘homework’ per week. I’ve come a long way thanks to Jon and can’t wait to see where the journey goes. Thanks Jon!

Jon is a great trainer! He works with you on your goals and if you have an back or neck problems he adjusts the workouts accordingly. He got me back to where I wanted to be and not feeling back pain while doing it! Definitely consider using him for your training and workout needs.

Jon is an incredible trainer! You can immediately tell how much he genuinely cares about his clients, their well being, their health, their goals and their progress. He has completely changed the way I view weight lifting for the better, has helped rehab a lingering shoulder injury from many years ago that constantly held me back in my workout progress and has helped me to continue to achieve my fitness goals. I’ve been working with Jon for about a year and a half now. I started going to him for rehab on my ankles. Over the time I have seen him, I have strengthened my ankles and gotten into much better shape. I am a high school athlete and he has planned workout plans specifically for me and how I perform in my sport. Jon is a fantastic personal trainer, one that pushes me to work harder and go the extra mile in my workouts.

Jon has helped my brother and I with injuries and general fitness. A few months back my hip was impinged into the socket and I couldn't walk, squat, or train without pain. He showed me exercises to help with mobility and gave me a strength training program. Now my hip is pain free and I'm getting stronger than before when I didn't have a personal trainer. Thank you for everything Jon :)

I have been training with Jon for more than 5 years now, but have been doing so more regularly for the past year. When we started, I lived 5 minutes from the gym, which made it very convenient. A year and a half ago I moved and am now 30 minutes away, yet I still come in 4+ times per week. I have tried other gyms and other trainers, but the truth is that I have never received the results that I get working with Jon anywhere else. While diet and exercise go hand in hand, Jon's ability to motivate, design programs that work with your ability level, but also challenge you to move up to the next level, along with his calming demeanor, are far and away best than I have experienced .As far as results, in a little over a year I have lost more than 25 lbs. and gained over 15 lbs. of muscle. I am in the best fitness state I have been in for the past 25 years. What I appreciate most is that Jon not only helps you to achieve your strength and fitness goals, but he cares even more about your overall health.Because of all these reasons, I am more than happy to make the half hour "commute" each way for a one hour workout, 4 or more times a week!

For anyone who is looking for a personal trainer who takes the time to understand who you are and the goals you are trying to accomplish, Jon is your guy. Without going into too much detail, I have a physical disability that prevents me from doing what you would consider normal physical exercises. Jon was able to sit down with me and take the time to analyze what I was capable of and what my limitations were. With his background in physical therapy, he was able to construct a program that was specifically tailored to me that helped me achieve the goals I had set out. Highly recommend!!

I've been working with Jon since October (2020) and there's nothing I can say that would accurately express how happy I am to have him as my personal trainer. Since day 1 he's been there to help me grow and reach my personal fitness goals. Thanks to his help I feel like we've taken something that seemed daunting at first and made it attainable. I've been working with Jon and his associates for nearly six years and have no intention to stop. Jon is that good! He's a pro. He pushes me hard but I've seen the results. He's extensively studied kenesiology, exercise physiology and physical therapy and he applies all of his knowledge to each workout.Jon has been very creative during the COVID pandemic. He's found ways to keep me moving forward despite my occasional lack of motivation and the need to do my exercise program at home.Many thanks to Jon!
