Very polite, efficient and professional staff!
Did their assessment and gave a very detailed and thorough explanation of their findings and how they determined the final offer amount. Easy, convenient and answered all my questions and properly explained the full process from lot to back office and transfer of title/ownership. Their offer was comparable to other businesses in the area so I was happy with the convenience and transparency of it all.

I had an amazing experience selling my car here. The price was fair and I had a check within the hour. My rep Aziza was extremely nice and personable. I ended up running my mouth to her a little too much. LOL. Excellent experience all around.

We were so pleasantly surprised how good this experience was. We were in West Chester-- and the 2 men we worked with were honest and fair. They made this a pleasant and timely experience. My sone knew what was wrong with the car. And they did not try to make it worse than it was. They were above board and knowledgeable. Christian was wonderful!

Smooth professional transaction . Took around one hour total. Really would have liked a little more for the vehicle but I understand the cosmetic defects that need to be repaired for a dealer to sell .
