Not sure her name but was super helpful! My boyfriend and I were signing up for wifi and she was super informative, friendly, and kind! I feel so bad I never got her name! She was excellent though! She was the only one there and multitasking between clients and was doing a great job such a positive energy!

I lost my phone in Carlisle PA earlier in the day and stopped by this store on the way home. I was pretty upset at the time. I got there 30 minutes before closing at 8:00 pm. Rebecca, the sales rep was absolutely amazing! She stayed until 9:30 pm, 90 minutes after she was supposed to go home on a Saturday night. I have to echo another review that characterized her as knowledgeable, patient, funny and with an amazing ability to multi task. I couldn't agree more. She helped another customer while I was there. She had to call her manager at one point to get assistance with an authorization issue. While at home he was also able to assist. Rebecca is the best sales rep I've had in years. Thanks Rebecca!!
