Today I planned take my delicious healthy keto lunch in a beautiful Park in West Town called
Oak
I don't know and wasn't as concerned with the history but it's pristine beautiful lands and a well-preserved building and just a good quiet place to go for a walk and take my healthy lunch. Although a number of other people had the same idea it was very quiet and very pleasant!

And you know how sometimes you get fears going in your head and waste a lot of time? Well mother Nature finally called and I begrudgingly stealed myself for the porta potty experience only to discover it was the cleanest neatest odor free and bright red portapotty I had ever seen or used LOL...
So so much for f e a r future expectations appearing real!
At this park even a porta-potty is part of the positive experience LOL
And as I enjoyed the gentle breeze with all four windows down (my car off, no AC), my sinuses began to act up and I feared once again that I would have to leave and that allergies might become a new thing for me, but lo and behold the homeopathic remedy I brought along with me worked wonders and sneezing and dripping gave way to relaxed peaceful enjoyment!
Joy can be found in tiny moments like this it doesn't need to be a momentous occasion or experience...does it?
I can take a lifetime to unlearn patterns of thinking that jump to conclusions including and especially negative ones, but the journe, and it's different destination, are so worth it!
And it's so nice that Pennsylvania is getting back to warm sunny days today is 81° and gorgeous! #YAYPA!
