Since the fire there has been 0 help to retrieve mail from our PO Boxes. I own a local business that relies on this location to recieve all of our accounts recievable. There has been no customer service or explanation of how this will be handled. I was told that our mail would be processed at the Wayne location. This was not true as I have visited this location twice and given contradictory information each time. This is completely unacceptable. You need to solve this issue now!

I was so glad when I heard this place burned down the manager and the entire staff are all terrible people my Dad slipped and fell in the winter one year they had ice everywhere in the parking lot and ice in the doorway entrance after a snow storm they are required to salt the area in order to open up for business this place tried to say it was my Dad's fault for falling because of the shoes he had on they forgot they didn't salt the parking lot /doorway so yeah I'm happy this place was burned to the ground they needed to fire everyone who worked here anyway including the Spanish manager who can't speak a word of English I'm happy that karma finally gave them justice for how they treated my Dad these employees / the manager truly got what they deserved 100% their is a reason they have a bad rating this place needed to close down and the employees and the so called manager needed to be fired so that's justice

What is the ONE thing you would hope works at a post office that advertises its self service kiosks? The printer to print postage. Even that is asked too much in an abysmal managed location.

Absolutely horrible service and even worse employees. Missing packages and got hung up on when called for help. Please consider another mailing in the future. I hope they go bankrupt again!!

The USPS refuses to tape a box closed for you. Absolutely ridiculous. I spotted a tape gun on the employees desk and asked politelt if i could use it, and i was told no, it is not the post office's responsibility. I can't believe they went bankrupt with all the money they save on tape! I understand cost cutting but this is absurd.

Horrible people to work with nobody knows anything. They can barely do their jobs consistently, losing packages and unable to help me. I hope they go bankrupt again.

I went to track my package, the customer service gentleman who works today was really helpful. I usually have good experience with this post office. Thank you USPS West Chester! I got my package in time!
